4 /5 Jacqlyne K: I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled and switch locations from the Atlanta area. I called this office and spoke to Brandy who said that I would need a direct referral addressed to this office. I then call my dentist office who told me to call my insurance provider. My insurance provider called this office, and they told my insurance provider that I did not need a direct referral, just a general one. I called this office again and spoke to Brandy who again told me that I need a direct referral. I was very confused because my insurance provider had JUST called them, and was told something different. I asked Brandy if I could speak to someone else and she told me that there was nobody else there…not a manager or anything. After about an hour this office calls me back and this time I’m coincidentally speaking to someone different. They tell me that I can in fact bring a general referral and that it did not have to be direct. I finally was able to schedule an appointment. She definitely helped me fix my problem which I appreciate. I just wish I hadn’t wasted an hour of my time getting told two different things.
