1 /5 James Westfall: Friendly and attentive staff, nice office great service. Billing less than ideal. This company seems to be in a constant state of flux. One day they are in network one day they aren’t. When they pre-authorize you and you make payment based on the numbers they provide, don’t expect that to be the end of it. When you get the surprise bill in the mail afterwards, their staff is courteous and helpful in directing you to your insurance company to fix your problems. I highly recommend the other oral surgeons in the area. Because maybe they would pretend they care… who knows.

5 /5 April Sikes: Who likes going to the dentist?! I know, such an easy answer... This office as a whole was fantastic! Dr. Troy took his time explaining the whole procedure. He waited for me to get my dental insurance updated, before continuing per my request. He didn’t pressure me to “hurry up.” I felt like a family member, not a dollar sign! Oh! His staff also called after my wisdom teeth where removed, just to check on me! Thank you!

The staff was very specific and detailed, reassuring, helpful, and very kind during that appointment. The service was outstanding, quick, and convenient. I would highly recommend this specific office for those who are seeking oral surgery services.

5 /5 Melanie Silvia: Hands down the BEST oral surgeon in town with the BEST supporting staff. I absolutely love this practice and I personally had the absolute best experience years ago when he extracted my wisdom teeth with not a single problem. Fast forward to years later, he extracted 4 of my sons wisdom teeth as well with no problems at all. The staff is very knowledgeable, takes great care of you and personally checks up on you after the procedure. Mr. Durden (nurse anesthetist) is also one of my favorites there. He is very kind and caring. I can go on and on about this practice.

5 /5 dana williamson: I could not ask for a better oral surgeon! Dr. Lawhorn has performed several procedures for me over the years. The care I received before, during, and after the procedures has been excellent! All of his staff is friendly and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. I hope I don’t have to have more procedures, but if I do, I will certainly use Dr. Lawhorn in the future!
