From check in to the visit itself, everyone was very professional and kind. Our son has Autism and he got nervous and they had no problem letting him calm down and talk to me for a minute. The ladies at the front were both exceptional in the care and services provided.

    Mike Bovard: Hours and hours of waiting in ER. They get you triaged quick so they can say the wait is low, but when you get in the back it’s full stop. Unless you are a severe trauma patient you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. There were several safety violations that I could see from my little foxhole of a treatment area. This hospital has really gone downhill since purchased by Navicent. If you can make the drive to any other hospital it’s worth the trip. You would die here while everyone stands around talking about how busy they are and not doing anything.
