2 /5 Steve May: I’ve been here twice now. Both times I was impressed with the efficiency of their registration and check in. I was able to schedule a walk in appointment online, and they texted me about 20 minutes later saying to head to the clinic. I checked in and paid my co-pay at the kiosk when I got there. Maybe 10 minutes later I was seen by the nurse, and then the NP.
EDIT: Unfortunately I have to downgrade this to two stars. The NP said she would call me with the radiologist’s findings by the next morning. I never heard from her, so I went into the patient portal to find it myself but there isn’t even a record of my visit in the portal. I sent a message via the portal 4 days ago, and was supposed to get a reply within 48 hours, but nothing yet. So I guess I’ll have to drive back up there to see if maybe they will tell me the results of my X-ray. Efficiency is wonderful, but it needs to be paired with follow through.
