The hygienist (Michelle) was great throughout the exam, explaining everything she was doing. I will definitely be going back and would readily refer anyone who might ask.

Another thing I really like is that they don’t treat you like someone they’re working on and like you’re just I don’t know like they don’t treat you like they want your money. They treat you like an actual person and put your needs above anything else and like if you have a problem, they want to help you feel better, Which I really really love

The nice lady Jess that took me back to the little room, she was nice and asked me the basic questions.
Then I was seen by the dentist. DR. Carty. Very nice and explained how my gums were and adjustments needed. Told me more then any dentist I have saw other places. Very affordable! More affordable then any other place I have called. Didnt have to wait to be seen. Will be back this afternoon to get my bottom dentures.
Banks County Health Department - Homer Valorie allen: I was seen in this office in January of this year. They sent me to have a mammogram done which is routine at my age. But it showed serval lympnodes in both breast and I was assured by the nurse that this is the best thing to do is to wait 6months and do it again that she knows how I feel. She even tells me to come in and have pap soon....at the end of July so we can get the mammogram scheduled for august..so I do just what she said do...when I call and make my appointment with them to get this done....the nurse tells me that they need to wait till August now...which would put me a month late for this most important exam. 0I mean come on I come from a family were all of them diagnosed with deadly cancer...admediantlly family not distant...they were made aware of this too and yet I feel like they are screwing me around cause they dont know how to do their job or dont care and either one is bad for the public...love to hear from anyone else that has had a problem with this nurse

You are still greeted by a real person when calling in and seen promptly in the office although they don’t rush you in and out. The staff and Dr. are very thorough. They actually listen and address any concerns

This negative review does not include the practice as a whole, rather the time wasted on poor logistics. Patient for over two years but no longer. Some patients are more than happy to confirm appointments, arrive punctually, and conduct transactions with complete ease. (record will reflect) There were five patients ahead of me. Fine, I get it. But when two of those five have paid and left. Now another two patients walk in, get seen, and then leave. I waited an hour and forty minutes for my teeth cleaning before frustration over took me and I left. Personally, Ive waited less time at pharmacies and Habersham ER. Not to mention, your receptionists had visuals based on the location of where I was sitting. All in all, teeth cleanings are great and affordable, if youre willing to gamble with your time.
