1 /5 Ashley Lewis: I just called this dental office this morning and an older female answered the phone. I had inquired about emergency work needed for my elderly mother. I didn’t go into detail because I wanted to know if they took her insurance. She never asked me about what type of insurance my mother had. She was quick to tell me they “DONT FILE ANY TYPE of INSURANCE!”. I told her I never heard of that. I didn’t know if she wanted me to pay upfront or what. She said again they don’t file insurance. I said still that news to me. If you are not taking any new patients then just say that. The local dentist in Baldwin co are very weird. I was trying my luck. My dentist is in Bibb County. I guess we will have to make our way there with insurance and money.
