Cyndi Cooper Nurses were great! Very nice and professional. Cardiologist on duty never read stress test results after 8 hours. Hospital doctor came around after we repeatedly asked for 3 hours to say they were just waiting on cardiologist to be able to release my husband. Definitely not satisfied with the overall experience.

Katherine Miller Hospital stay care was good. My only problem was trying to speak with the hospitalist regarding certain test findings. I had asked at the nurses station several times to see her, was told she would get with me shortly, but never happened. Communication for me is a key factor with those who are involved in the patients care and not receiving that communication for me is irritating.

Gunn Victrum As always, we received excellent service. The staff was very understanding about my granddaughters disabilities and went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable during being prepped for surgery. Physicians provided excellent care. I was updated on her condition right after the surgery was completed. Facility very clean and well organized. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who need medical care.

Theresa Labonte I am very pleased with MGOMS. Dr. Smalley and the entire team took great care of my son for his procedure. He was very thorough and informative about the aftercare and made sure we knew what to expect. His bedside manor is awesome! I truly believe that they care about the patients individually and the overall health of each one.

Kristen Ritchie On one occasion, I was told by a dentist here that my child could possibly need up to 6 filings for decay that was present. I took the child to another dentist for a second opinion and they said there was no decay present at all. On another occasion, with a different child I was told that my child would need to have a root canal because the damage was so severe, but I went to another dentist and they were able to was fill it with no problems.

Diana Williamson My son has been going to see Dr. John and Dr.Chris since he was 2 1/2. Hes now 10 and has always gone to the chair ALONE. Hes completely comfortable with the entire staff. The hour drive here is well worth it.Going to the dentist can be scary,BUT NOT HERE.Thank you Ambrose Pediatric Denistry.

Beth Kirk I have been trying to get into another pediatric dentist that accepts medicaid and they never called me back. My daughter had a deteriating tooth issue that ended with an "emergency" dental appt. APD in Dublin worked us in the same day and put together a dental plan for her going forward. Additionally, this is Thanksgiving break for school in which i am off work and the kids are out. They happily worked in new patient appts for my other two kids this week, working with my schedule. One of my sons is autistic and they were so gentle and kind with him, explaining everything they were doing. I definitely appreciate my good experience with everyone here, from the office staff, hygienists, and doctors.

LaKeasha Conaway I have been a patient of Dr. Barrow in his McRae office for years. December 22nd was my first visit in the Dublin office. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Delgado was the absolute best. I was in for a wisdom tooth extraction under NO anesthesia. The procedure was painless, with minimal bleeding, and over as fast as it began. Dr. D, is definitely an expert in his craft. The best part of the visit was the front desk receptionist telling me that I owed less than I expected to pay initially. 5 stars for me!

Trevor Ewald Absolutely terrible service. They dont return calls. Dont call you back if you leave a voicemail. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 3 weeks and never got a callback. The DR either lies or is incompetent and doesnt know how their practice functions. A month ago the DR told me that I had to wait on a pre-determination from my insurance before anything could be done (cleaning, extractions, root canal). Now Im being told that they dont have to wait for cleaning or extraction and I can get those done ASAP. When I told them that the DR said I had to wait for everything I was told that the DR doesnt know how the insurance works and doesnt handle it at all. DO NOT trust this office.

Gywanna Hodges This by far is the best dental office in this area. Everyone in the office are ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY! I’ve been a patient for a few years and on every visit I’ve received excellent service. If you have to cancel your appointment, they make every effort to get you back in if there is another cancellation. They returned all of your calls. It is just unbelievable the customer service you receive when you enter the front door. I never get the same Dental Hygienists and they ALL have been excellent and the Physicians are awesome. They treat you very special. Five stars are not enough to describe the customer service you receive from this office.

James Griffin Dr Bruckmair is the BEST. Not kidding. He is personable and he is gentle. He has always been patient with me. The staff always does excellent on my cleaning and the front office staff does extremely well on billing. It may be a bit of a wait to get in to see them but there is a reason for that! I drive over an hour one way yo have them do all of my dental work. If you need a new dentist in the area him or Dr Brinson are both top notch!

Dena Jessup Middle Georgia Family Dentistry is my favorite place to go. Dr. Herring has a calming personality taking any fear from any dental work he is going to to that day letting me know ahead of time what he is going to do. He always has the sweetest and also calming dental assistants, too. They also let me know ahead of time what they are going to do. The ladies up front are so caring and sweet. I have Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. And yes with these diseases you’re fearful, slow, other. It is a big deal to me when they offer assistance taking me to room where dentist and hygienist works on me then to desk to be checked out. This last time I was assisted to parking lot where husband was waiting. A big deal. This shows me the how precious characters, so sweet that are working at Middle Georgia Family Dentistry.

Josh Willis I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I have took off work twice for an appointment that they said I wasn’t in their system at the time of it. The email I received clearly shows my appointment time and date! Pure out pathetic as far as keeping up with appointments this has happened twice. Also had an issue of them just up and canceling one other appointment as well! I could’ve went to another dentist office if I would’ve known this…. Pure out Pathetic!!!! Confirmation was done, it was bad service. It was handled. Got told yall were under new management yall had alot of past issues.

Mark Joiner Horrible. My 85-year-old father had a broken tooth and was in severe pain. I took him to Aspen because they advertise emergency and walk-in appointments. We arrived at 8 when they opened and were told he couldn’t be seen until Monday because they were full for today. He just wanted the tooth pulled. I told the receptionist that they advertise emergency and walk ins. It was posted plainly on the sign out front. I asked what constitutes an emergency. She didn’t answer. I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Dublin.

Tayler Cox This place is a joke. I’m pregnant and I have a broken tooth. I’ve tried to schedule with them twice and two days before my appt they canceled both times due to only have 1 dentist. The scheduler stated that they were calling all “new” people to cancel or reschedule. How are you suppose to advertise walk in emergency and have appts booked a month in advance to cancel two days prior!! None of my family will be back and nothing positive will be said as to this establishment. Terrible customer service and if you can’t run a business because there are no dentist then why would you open knowing you were already understaffed. 6 months open and two cancelled appts. Make it make sense.

From the moment the receptionist answered the phone i felt like they were sympathetic to my needs. They fit me in to their schedule and treated me like family. Their office is first class, very professional, and reasonably priced. My problem was taken care of with no pain during or after the procedure.
