Dena Jessup: Middle Georgia Family Dentistry is my favorite place to go. Dr. Herring has a calming personality taking any fear from any dental work he is going to to that day letting me know ahead of time what he is going to do. He always has the sweetest and also calming dental assistants, too. They also let me know ahead of time what they are going to do. The ladies up front are so caring and sweet. I have Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. And yes with these diseases you’re fearful, slow, other. It is a big deal to me when they offer assistance taking me to room where dentist and hygienist works on me then to desk to be checked out.
This last time I was assisted to parking lot where husband was waiting. A big deal.

Theresa Labonte: I am very pleased with MGOMS. Dr. Smalley and the entire team took great care of my son for his procedure. He was very thorough and informative about the aftercare and made sure we knew what to expect. His bedside manor is awesome! I truly believe that they care about the patients individually and the overall health of each one.
Josh Willis: I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I have took off work twice for an appointment that they said I wasn’t in their system at the time of it. The email I received clearly shows my appointment time and date! Pure out pathetic as far as keeping up with appointments this has happened twice. Also had an issue of them just up and canceling one other appointment as well! I could’ve went to another dentist office if I would’ve known this…. Pure out Pathetic!!!! Confirmation was done, it was bad service. It was handled. Got told yall were under new management yall had alot of past issues.
Kristen Ritchie: On one occasion, I was told by a dentist here that my child could possibly need up to 6 filings for decay that was present. I took the child to another dentist for a second opinion and they said there was no decay present at all. On another occasion, with a different child I was told that my child would need to have a root canal because the damage was so severe, but I went to another dentist and they were able to was fill it with no problems.
casey darley: Staff is very nice and good with children. My daughter does not do well with dental appointments, but when she goes here, she actually enjoys the appointment.
