Anthony reed Worst experience from roadside crew ever...needed to drive tires they only had one ..came to my location,, they couldnt get the drive tire to seal...THEY HAVE NO EQUIPMENT,, AND WHAT THEY DO HAVE IS VERY OUT DATED!! EVERYONE IS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IN THE TRUCKING WORLD,, BUT DONT USE THE MONEY TO PUT BAVK INTO THERE BUSINESS...long story short wasted 2 hours,, and still didnt get a tire....I just rode down the highway with the rim spinning....AND MISS AN LOAD APPOINTMENT ON JULY 5...dont waste your time,, or hard earned money .

shakara burton DO NOT COME HERE. Charlie butler took my money, $500 then threatened my friend for voicing concerns. They left my window down in a storm, had all my equipment wet and destroyed did not fix the window. Did not fix hub assembly. Horrible business. They refuse to refund me my money. I would never come here again . 0/10 stars.

Brian Warren Best place in Pembroke and surrounding area for tires and general vehicle repair. Super friendly people. Definitely has that small town touch that gets lost with the chain retail stores.

James Gossard On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn’t even see her coming. Since moving here, we’ve been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn’t be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn’t hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would’ve been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within’ 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I‘m soooo happy with the results and I’m so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.

Marty Corley Easily seen from the road. Very nice office . Very clean up to date bathroom. Excellent atmosphere in the waitingroom/office. Fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff . George has a great ability to get the job done exactly like you ask..lots of expert help to get the work completely fast George does business with all insurance companies, and will hade it all from beginning till check is written. George will always have my business, because he and his staff are just that good. !!! I recommend him highly for all you paint and custom vehicle care needs...Nobody does it better

Jeffrey Atkinson He started off great! Very nice and professional! After bringing our slide in 6” more! Now we’re stuck with it half in and half out! It’s been over a month we’ve ordered two parts! The first one was too wide, now we have the correct part! He’s ghosting us! He won’t answer his phone, he won’t respond to his voicemail or texts! He responded to a text a week ago saying he’s sorry he will call us in the morning to explain! No call and no response! That’s no way to run any business! Kyle call me and reverse this comment! Sorry I cannot delete this but I have been contacted! Kyle our hearts and prayers are with you!!!! I personally know what you are dealing with! You are a great man and I will recommend you to everyone!

Sue Brodersen Kyle was very responsive to our call for help. He performed a thorough diagnosis of why our furnace was not working during a particular cold snap last month. He even made a follow-up call that evening to make sure we were operating correctly. Honest, reliable service and we highly recommend him!

I got a text when my pizza was almost ready and nice messages on the pizza boxes to let me know which ones they were. I will definitely be back to get more pizza and to try the wings! Man Curtis Drove three hours after renting a uhaul 2 weeks in advance only to be told we got double booked. No financial compensation, no help at all. He put me on the phone with uhaul and they said they would find a solution and that solution was never found. They should have their uhaul license taken away.
