Edward Dennis Always very fast. This trip was no different except a $33 up charge on top of full synthetic was added without consulting me. I had a $26 coupon (showed after the service) so it wasn’t far outside my normal price, but was disappointed in not being consulted first.

Steve Brackett Waited in line for 30 minutes. Second in my line. Employees walking without any haste about themselves getting customers through. I actually got out of my truck and ask a young lady why it was taking so long . She said she was sorry the guys were moving slowly, drinking sodas and trying to eat quickly. It was a hot day which staying hydrated is important. I ask who was in charge and she pointed out the person. Needless to say I just shook my head. I had ask the attendant to let me see the air filter. This didn’t happen and wasn’t checked. For the price of 179.00 on my Sierra , I am not happy. I’ve never paid that much even at the dealership!! Shonvera Sheppard I went in for an oil change. First off, I obtained a coupon from the website & saved $26 off. Cant beat that! The service was quick & efficient. The service advisor, Mitzi, also advised me of other services that are needed & put the urgency of each service on my report. Mitzi wasnt pushy about the services, she let me know the issues and simply asked if I wanted to take care of them at that time (important to me as a woman). Ill definitely be back! Shout out to my dad for recommending Jiffy Lube!

Susan Boyer Bill and Laura are wonderful at assuring me, an older single woman by giving me the security of knowing the diagnosis, suggested repairs, and price are true, necessary and will be performed by service technicians under Bills direction. This gives me peace of mind that my older vehicle is safe to drive and in good working condition. I am so grateful for my truck Doctor lol. Laura is so good at finding a spot in their busy busy day when I call and provides friendly customer service when it comes time to settle my invoice. The Hurst Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager is very knowledgeable about everything auto related and will be truthful about what you need and not try and upsale you on things you dont like most auto repair places in town. They have one of the best prices for oil changes in town. I tell everyone I know to check them out. I will continue to bring my personal and company vehicles to them.

linda lindall Their customer service was great. However, during my visit for a routine oil change they managed to strip the plug to the oil pan. Putting in a temporary plug and then using Lock Tight on it, I later found that because of their negligence, it is going to cost me the replacement of a new oil pan ranging in a repair of over $600. Buyer beware.

Reid Hill I was without a car for several days because of this place. When I got the oil changed they didn’t put the cap back on, causing my car to leak. They charge way too much for the service they provide.

Also, despite their sign that every oil change gets a free car wash, I was told I could not get one because I bought my own oil (again, because they did not have conventional oil there). I will not be going back.

Leon H i had a flat on the road and made it here on my flat. i was basically stranded and they were on lunch break but after everyone got back, they got the tire replaced in the promised time frame. pricing was kind of high like they got some high end tire, but given that i had no choice at least it saved a tow.

Troy Marsh When my company car had trouble cranking, and smoke started coming from the engine bay, I took it to Southside Service Center. They were already closed, so I left it in the parking lot. My assistant called their office the next morning around 7:30 a.m. and explained the situation. After diagnosing the problems and giving us an estimate to replace the starter and power steering line, we left the car another day, as the parts were due to arrive early the next morning. By noon the next day, we picked up the car, paid the exact amount of the estimate, and drove away. The car was repaired perfectly. Everyone at Southside was professional, friendly, polite, and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do for a fair price. I highly recommend Southside Service Center.

asia brown Someone hit my car and knocked my front bumper off. Took my car to 301 after another shop couldn’t get me on their schedule for a couple of weeks. Let me tell you after contacting the office they had my car in their shop the same day and kept me updated. It took 2 weeks due to parts not coming in time no fault to the shop of course. But the work speaks for itself! You need work schedule it here NOW! You won’t be disappointed!!

Michael Ray hey everybody, I happened to read some of these comments and I want to pick some of my two cents in it. I have used this body shop for years most recently last year. and some of the stuff is saying on here is not totally true. For instance, its not always them. holding on to your car is either the insurance company or parts issue which a lot of people know since 2020. some things its hard to get or takes a long time to get, especially if its like a brand new car. My issue was this last time was going back and forth with the insurance company. then you have customers that gets angry and this want to vent in the wrong way and bad mouth. somebody thinking that they going to hurt them that way. What Im trying to say is take every comments you see on here or anywhere else as a grain of salt. do your own research before you listen to other people

Randall Smith Called about getting stripe decals on my vehicle and was met with a quick “we don’t have time for jobs like that due to bigger insurance jobs” .. Did not even try to get my business. I would give 0 stars if possible. Being that I can’t reply back “Brothers Tire” recommended you for that type of work, your customer service is just as bad as this reply, not once did she say that on the phone. The pattern is that you make the business look bad with the awful information your team facilitates to customers, instead of saying you just don’t do it.. At the end of the day you EARN your business! But I most definitely will, best of luck mln.

David Valentine I feel bad for leaving this review because most everyone at Victory Auto was very nice. However they said I needed a new carburetor for 400$ and after I got said carburetor I’ve had nothing but issues, it was running fine before I got the new carburetor, honestly I should of never got it! I even took it back there to fix the issue but even after a second attempt it was still driving terribly, I later found out they didn’t even tighten it down all the way! The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because before the carburetor fiasco they did do a decent job with other things like alignment and equipping my radio. But I still can’t look past them recommending me a carburetor which I probably didn’t need and then screwing up my car in the process and charging me 400$ on top of that!

All Pro Painting Great mechanic. He knows his stuff, and does what he says he can do. Fast and affordable. I just thought it was my brakes going bad and it turned out to be a lot more work than I hoped, but he took care of it and got me back on the road. Lune Danny replaced my alternator about a year and an half ago and my car just broke down again the other day (I know an alternator shouldn’t go out that fast) and I had my friend who’s a mechanic look at it and we found out he GLUED my alternator into my car because he lost the bolts to it. Now I’m having to deal with a whole chain reaction of problems with my vehicle due to him doing that. I’m no mechanic but I know enough about cars to know that’s not right to do that. If he lost the bolts he could’ve just told me and we could’ve got more. But now I have no car and hundreds of dollars worth of other problems due to him doing that.

Lisa Rashidi I contacted Danny on the morning of 8/19/20 and told him that my daughter was attending Georgia Southern and needed the starter replaced on her truck. My husband repairs cars, but we live 2 hours away. I ordered the starter online at Advanced Auto in Statesboro and my daughter picked it up to have available for Danny to install. He met her in the parking lot of her apartment and replaced the starter on the truck in less than an hour. Im thankful that Danny was available for same-day service. He was very courteous, professional and prompt. Its great to know that we have someone that we can call for future repair services if needed. The service was excellent!

L. Bradley Terrible service. My nephew took his car to this shop to repair a light and a diagnostic check. They took his entire front apart, didnt repair the light, charged over $300 for basically doing nothing and less than 3 days later, his engine is DONE. Dont recommend them at all.

Jim & Robin Cheyne 2015 Mustang GT went into over heat and could smell the antifreeze. I was able to limp into Garrys as I was only a mile away. It turned out to be the water pump. Dylan the owner was great. Polite and got the job done quickly, right, and for a fair price. Highly recommend them. Honest young man that did a great job on my Mustang.
