Hugh Tyner My original estimate was around $850. So far so good on the repair. I dont trust car mechanics as far as I can throw them because my experience in the past has not been good with most. It always takes longer and cost more which was the case here. Just be careful! The bill eventually came out to $1,600 and took almost a month to replace one part... it always seems like they find more to do and with my lack of knowledge in car repair, I always seem preyed upon... Ill keep looking for a trusted mechanic in Rome I guess I did get a 12-month warranty. So if it doesnt hold up, I hope they honor it

Alexis After being taken advantage of and treated awful elsewhere. Went here to get a whole set of new tires for my car. They were extremely capable; polite, accommodating, and reasonably priced. When the tires came in they called me and said hen my husband took it in two days later they had him in and out in a couple hours with again very good work. Will continue to go here for any future needs.

Rebecca Q Found them to be kind and honest. They helped me get my car back the same day. Tho I will say I had no major problems which Is why it was possible. Price wasnt bad either.

Tracy Alday Took our truck to be repaired, it was a head scratcher..Mr. Walker and his crew fixed it and shes running like a top now. He stayed in touch with us step by step so no unexpected expenses were incurred and we are extremely happy with the service we received. Hopefully we wont be having any more problems with our vehicles but if we do we now know where to go and wont have to worry about having someone take advantage of us. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing an honest mechanic.

Stephanie Hodge I rented car from them for very reasonable price. Only thing is they only allow 100 miles per day anything over is .25 per mile.

Jennifer Denman I’ve never met nicer people that towed a vehicle. There was a considerable amount of money in the vehicle and it was locked up and anyone could have said no you didn’t leave money in vehicle. I was talked to as a person and the rate I’ve never heard of that cheap of price ever. My experience was awesome and I would call on them anytime to tow my vehicle. Thanks so much Rome Auto.

Trisha Massie They towed my dads car. He was unable to pick it up so I called and told them that I would be picking it up on the next Friday. She told me that I probably would not be able to pick it up without his ID. I called back again to tell her that I will still be picking it up on Friday earlier that week. Then I called back and she told me that she filed an abandonment on the car. Car wasnt abandoned I told her I was picking it up. I ended up having to get a power of attorney from my dad to go and pick up the car. She told me when I walked in the door that she had already filed the papers for abandonment and I told her at that point she knew it wasnt abandoned and I had paperwork here that would allow me to take the car. When she realized what it was she knew she didnt have a leg to stand on but then she gave me a total of $425 that was due when she told me when I talked to her on the phone it would only be 360 if picked up by that Friday. This place he is filthy the people are rude and dishonest. Im glad I dont live in a room and have to deal with them.

Tyler Knight I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years. I won’t be back after my most recent oil change. The owner was not there this day, and maybe that’s why things went the way they did. I got checked in and went to sit down in the waiting room. I had to take a phone call, so I walked outside. To my surprise, the service guy was sitting on the hood of my car. He was not just leaning on the car; he was sitting on my hood. Okay, what really upsets me is that I just popped my hood and saw that one of the workers had written on my coolant container with a permanent marker. I have been outside scrubbing this thing, trying to get this permanent marker off. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and have had good experiences before. But not this time. I won’t be back and will find somewhere else to get my car serviced.

Becca Tolbert I took my lifted Jeep there to get an oil change and tires rotated and I needed it done quick because I had someone coming out to test drive it. It takes a special lock to get my tires out of place (which I didnt even know until he called and told me that) and he called me just to ask if he could look in my glove box for the lock. I said yes, and they were ready not even an hour later. The service is super quick(unlike most places here in Rome), the prices are extremely reasonable, and the people are nice. I am an official customer of theirs.

Michael Bierman Dennis Ratliff, the owner, dropped everything and immediately rescued my wife after a catastrophic blow-out. Treated us with old timey respect, courtesy, and kindness. Showed up 20 minutes earlier than he thought he could. Pricing was fair and honest. Excellent and continuing communication. He even refused to take a well-earned tip. Simply outstanding. I highly recommend this company to everyone, without reservation.

Grayson Myers I got referred hear from someone I knew! This place was great!! Cannot stress more how wonderful it was! It took a little longer then expected but it was because they were making sure I needed everything I said and I didn’t, one of my problems was fixed by just a new gas cap and saved me a couple 100 dollars! I’d rather it be an extra day then pay for a part I didn’t need. I will continue to come back here!! Super fair prices, quick and wonderful service. The owner and mechanics are awesome and the lady at the front desk was just so sweet!

I called and requested service, he got started on my brakes as soon as I arrived and got it all done same day with excellent customer service. When I hopped back in my car after he worked on it, it sounded and felt like driving a new car!

Andrew Hatch Mike’s shop does great work and has excellent customer service. Competitive prices as well. You won’t find a better shop in the Rome to Calhoun area.

Jim Rodgers My Ford F350 was severely damaged on the left bed side. Classic Collision was able to take my truck for repair the same day I contacted them. The logical solution was to replace the truck bed and I was given a two week repair schedule. However, the replacement bed(s), - there were three, were all delivered in a damaged condition. After several weeks of defective parts the decision was made to “old school” the repair by repairing the damaged bed - a much longer process requiring more technician skills. Once this decision was made my truck was repaired in the new time frame that was provided and the repair was flawless. I used to do this type of work many years ago and I can recognize excellent body work. The customer service lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and after my first visit recognized me whenever I stopped by or called on the phone. John, the manager always tried to keep me informed, escorted me twice through the work bays to show me their progress and the damaged replacement parts and was very helpful in securing me an affordable rental vehicle when I needed it. Although the repair time was longer than I expected and their original estimation (although not their fault) I think they all did a great job and would certainly use them again if needed. Thank you.

Kenny Mcclellan This was by far the easiest transaction for a vehicle repair I have ever had. Classic Collisin is all that and a bag of chips. They were hands on throughout the process and I loved the frequent updates of stages of repair. Everyone was committed to the same goal and they all seemed to love what they do. If you need collision repairs, I recommend Classic Collision.

TheHaydenator Best Radiator shop in the Rome area! Anytime my family has ever had Radiator troubles, we’ve always taken our vehicles to Rick and have always been highly satisfied. Rick will work with you first to try to solve any radiator problems without having to get it replaced, but if it needs replacement, he’ll take care of it quick and do the job right. He just replaced the radiator in my Jeep Wrangler after we first tried to troubleshoot it and that didn’t alleviate the leak. I was able to drop it off at 3 pm Tuesday, and despite how difficult it is to get around all the trim to get to the radiator, he had it finished by 5 pm the next day, and got through it $50-$100 cheaper than we originally thought it would be

Ashtin Mendiola My car broke down, and I came across Littlejohn Auto Repair on google. They were quick to answer and immediately said they could help and sent a tow truck my way within minutes. Cameron was very friendly, fair priced, transparent, and got my car repaired in less than 24 hours! He explained everything in detail and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I could not recommend him enough, and my family and I will be back for regular vehicle maintenance!

holly schultz I am giving three stars due to the work on my van was magnificent and fairly priced but it all changed when I brought my jeep in due to oil leak after Walmart oil change. I was told the bolt to the drain plug just needed tightened. it was tightened, I paid 20$ for a quart of oil and was on my way. the next day I wake up to an oil leak coming from the same location. I bring it back in and was told it was now coming from a hairline crack in my oil pan and it would cost me almost 400$. I questioned why this crack wasnt seen the first time and I was told a black light wasnt used the first time. Im wondering why not. I decided to take it elsewhere where my warranty would cover a cracked oil pan only to be told it was a cross threaded bolt like I said the whole time and there is no crack in my oil pan. saved myself 400$. I really trusted Binkleys as they did great work on my van but I left that day in tears because I knew I was being screwed over. also when I pulled up to bring in my warranty paperwork, a worker outside stated "oh more work" and I felt like a bother. as much as I loved this place I probably wont go back.

Tesla Arment I can say nothing but wonderful things about Cordons. Diego is the absolute best! Very friendly, professional, understanding and very much a man of his word! If he tells you hes going to get something done for you, guaranteed it will happen! Since day one, he has been so very helpful and willing to help me get my car fixed asap. I needed a new transmission, he was able to find the exact one I needed for my car within a few days and had it put in. He even stayed after hours, to finish last minute touch ups on my car to make sure I had my car back the day he told me I would get it back. My car runs fantastic now! They are very reasonably prices as well! I will always go to Cordons from now on!
