Jennifer Sarkis We recently moved to Lagrange and had to find a reliable mechanic for my Mini Cooper. Well, not only is the staff reliable, but they are an absolute delight to work with. The prices are quite fair and the work is outstanding. My only issue is that sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment because they are so in demand. I don’t trust my Mini to anyone but the fellas at Quality Import Automotive.

Ted Townley They told me when to bring my car in for service. I showed up they fixed it and I was out the door. It’s really nice when when you feel valued as the customer and respected with your time. And the prices were very fair and fraction of what the Audi dealership was going to charge.

Joshua Dooley When I got Jamies number I had been dealing with Mike Ford Patton which did nothing for my truck,but I called Kia to see if I could get any help on my ranger cause I didnt know anybody else and they referred me to Jamies Automotive and I tell you they have got what it takes to run a very successful business. They communicate very well with their customers, they have experience in multiple automotive makes and models, very competitive prices, and I give them a definite 5 stars all around the board.

Gregory Ballou I gave this place my biggest problems and my most concerning internal engine fixes. Absolutely got what I wanted and they treat you great.

Jay Paxton This is a highly rated service center. However, the main complaint I have is the constant up sale tactics used and the lack of records that implicate poor performance. If you have a problem checked out and the say nothing is wrong make them note it on the repair order and be sure to save the repair ticket for future reference. We had our brakes checked because of a grinding noise when breaking in the rain. They checked the brakes and said there was nothing wrong. Approximately six months later we had to have a brake job due to an excessively worn brake pad caused by a sticking caliper. They had no record of the brake check performed.

Ashley Shiver My husband and I have bought two cars from Lagrange Toyota and never had an issue with the service department until November 2024. The service department called my husband stating it was time for him to get an oil change so we made an appointment. When my husband arrived for the appointment he was asked if he wanted service as well, my husband said no that he was there for an oil change. He was told an oil change was not necessary due to it being synthetic oil and it only had to be changed at 10,000 miles (which he has only been 5,000 miles). He said there for 1-2 hours then received a text stating he did not need an oil change but they recommended he get an alignment/tire balance/rotation. My husband declined these services as they were not needed and all of that was done to the vehicle just a few months before when we initially bought the vehicle. Once he drove it home that day, the truck was shaking, wobbling and pulling hard to the right. We also did not receive paperwork from that day (which is mandatory for them to give you a copy of all services performed and declined). From November 2024 to January 2025 we had been attempting to get someone on the phone about this issue. I left multiple voicemails, called almost every day and no one would ever return my call. Finally I got Joey on the phone and he told us to bring the vehicle in and he would make things right at no costs. So today we brought the vehicle in to have it looked at and fixed only to be belittled and talked to like we were ignorant. The service department did say that the vehicle needed an alignment but that they would not be paying for it. I explained that Joey told us that he would take care of this issue but they were insistent on not taking care of us like they had promised. Joey never came to speak to us personally, only a service advisor spoke to us and he was quite rude and spoke to us like we were ignorant. Absolute worst experience at any customer service department I have ever encountered. Do not recommend buying a car or getting it serviced at Lagrange Toyota and if you do, I highly recommend taking a picture of the weights on your tires and balance prior to your vehicle getting serviced. We were not looking for free service or a hand out but I do expect our services to be preformed with integrity which was clearly not done at this location.

Wanda Webb Adams Motor Sports does excellent work in a timely manner. Always keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle. I would recommend Adams Motor Sports to anyone who needs reliable work done on their vehicle! They truly care about their customers!

Iced Boba If I could give this place zero stars I would. RUN! If you want your car damaged then this is the right place. Destroyed my car that he allegedly was so well educated on. The car did not even last three weeks. When confronted he denies all fault. He has nothing but excuses to give. There are zip ties holding parts together and new leaks. I am warning all car owners to stay clear of this place.

Creekin Crazy Had an awesome experience while getting my dsg transmission serviced on my Volkswagen tdi !! Hard to find people to work on these Etech knocked it out of the park with their prompt and friendly service. Will definitely be using them in the future for all my tdi needs !!

Matthew Weller Absolute life-saver in every sense of the word. New to the area and Google did me a solid by recommending him and his team. Was able to tow vehicle to shop, quickly identify the issue, complete a full service within a week, and was half the price of quotes from my previous place of residence. I can not recommend Dusty and his team enough. I can rest easy knowing I have a reliable mechanic for the foreseeable future.

Tim Palmquist The fan belt on our F150 broke this afternoon (a Friday) on our way through LaGrange, so after searching for nearby repair shops (and being told we would need to wait days) I eventually found Auto Service Center and struggled hard to steer our truck one more mile down the street to their shop. Even though it initially looked like the belt broke because of some other bigger problem, it apparently was just a broken tensioner. They got to work on it very quickly (even though I could tell they were busy and probably even overwhelmed), and finished it more quickly than they said they would. It really was true that they treated us like family, even though we are thousands of miles from home. And the charge was very reasonable. From a plaque on their wall we could see that they honor God with their business. And they even let our teenage daughter catch the final episode of her favorite series which she had missed.

Michael Seymour Have had major repairs for both vehicles done at this location including putting a new transmission in my wifes van. Quick service and a great price, much cheaper than my other quotes and have had no problems whatsoever .

Jaycie Benefield Very friendly!! We had to stop here passing through Lagrange on the way to St. Augustine. They made us a priority and got us back on the road right away! We are very thankful for their help! Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend!!

Pigeon Creek Fryers has been a very good buisness in my hometown of lagrange for many many years. They have always had a good reputation and still maintain that today. I had not visited them in over 30 years, however returning from vacation this week I had a tire going flat. I drove right past the shop pulled In a checked on the time it would take to have the tire patched. They were busy but took my truck on back and got me on the road darn quick. The tech as well as the office staff are very professional and even more friendly. The cost was reasonable and beat the heck out of a visit to the dealership. I do have a new truck so I do service at the dealership, however I highly recommend Fryers. Fryers, I greatly appreciate your help!

Kinsee Whiteaker The BEST place to get your car repaired. I hit a deer a couple weeks before Christmas and the staff were so professional and friendly. I would hands down drive there to get any work done every time.

He went above and beyond to get our truck fixed in a timely manner. We know where we will be heading if we ever have anymore mechanical issues while in the Lagrange area. Thank you for making this experience as pleasant as it could be.

April Stephens A few yrs ago we came to Williams Automotive after one of my vehicles transmission went out on us while out of town on vacation. Ever since then we entrust Chanc with our vehicles and his advice. Good honest mechanics are getting harder and harder to find now a days. Hes been doing it 30+ yrs and has lots of knowledge. Kimberly McClellan Albertson I am writing this review to show my sincere appreciation for Josh at Next Generation Auto Repair. He has done a remarkable job on my Acura TL. He replaced my torque converter after diagnosis of the hesitation when I started off. I went to another shop in Newnan and was told something completely different. I found his card at the gas station near my home. Called him and he checked out my car and told me the issue and I had him complete the work. His price was very reasonable. His has his own shop and his professionalism and communication throughout the process exceeded my expectations. I am a realtor in Ga and Fla. I drive tons of miles a month. Also, I am picky about customer service because of my profession. I highly recommend his services. Additionally, after getting my car back, it was time for my brakes to be serviced. I took it back, he did the pads and rotors and detailed it. When I picked it up today I was a very happy customer. Call him, big or small repair. We have found our automotive repair shop, right in our own neighborhood. Support small businesses they truly care!

Kenneth McCreless I know there are mixed reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass. However, I have only had great experiences with the quality of their service and repair work. Most recently, my Honda Ridgeline was in a 7 vehicle fender bender on I-20 eastbound out of Atlanta. I had obvious front end damage and what appeared to be minor rear bumper damage. Josh Bozeman, the Gerber estimator, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no paint damage, and the distorted grill, and front fenders could be popped back into place with only heel of the hand pressure. Josh replaced all broken fender clips and trim clips around both front wheel wells. Once he determined that there was no structural damage to the rear bumper, only a cosmetic cut that didn’t require replacement, I opted not to get a new bumper. Josh gave an honest assessment of the damage and made it look like new with no charge to me or USAA. In addition, about two years ago, I hit a deer and the front of this same Ridgeline had significant damage. USAA again sent me to Gerber, who did an excellent repair job. The fit and finish was flawless. So, my experience with this particular Gerber shop in LaGrange has been outstanding.

Alan Higginbotham My hats off to Ricardo and Mike at Pep Boys for taking care of us the night before Thanksgiving day, and for even staying late to do their job! They patched a tire, took our tire off and made sure that it held air before we headed out and they verified that our sensors were working. They were informative and explained what happened and how they were going to repair it. I recall Mike stating, “I’m not going to charge you until I give you a free tire inspection, first we need know what’s wrong.” My kids also stated that their bathroom was clean an added bonus for a car shop that is not very common. The details: We had a nail or shrapnel from the road puncture our tire as we were driving down the interstate a few hours away from where we live. The tire sensor immediately went off and we were losing air fast! It was right around 6:30 and they were literally right down the road. A nearby gas station also had air which helped us to get there. Pep boys was 3 minutes away but we were losing air fast. I was worried and even accidentally blocked the bay, not meaning to. To make sure the tire could reach the air hose. Both the customer and the employees were very hospitable and non-judgmental of my minor mistake when I was under stress. Earlier that evening, I called them while at the gas station and he said “we are open till 7 PM, you get here before that time and we will see what we can do for you.” They were honest, sincere and did not over promise or give us false hopes as he did not know the situation over the phone. They also both spoke Spanish to my kids who have been learning Spanish in school. Thanks for taking care of us and for having a great attitude while working late! Thanks for letting us be your last customer this evening! If tipping was allowed I would have given them one this evening!

Katie Volino I was driving home from a long wedding weekend and my tire blew on the side of 185. After being stranded for over 3 hours, I was towed to Pep Boys in Lagrange and the team was amazing. Richard and Micheal immediately started working on my blown tire and examined the others only to find they needed to be replaced as well due to very low tread. Thank you for looking out for me and getting the job done quickly!
