1 /5 Tyler Knight: I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years. I won’t be back after my most recent oil change. The owner was not there this day, and maybe that’s why things went the way they did. I got checked in and went to sit down in the waiting room. I had to take a phone call, so I walked outside. To my surprise, the service guy was sitting on the hood of my car. He was not just leaning on the car; he was sitting on my hood. Okay, what really upsets me is that I just popped my hood and saw that one of the workers had written on my coolant container with a permanent marker. I have been outside scrubbing this thing, trying to get this permanent marker off. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and have had good experiences before. But not this time. I won’t be back and will find somewhere else to get my car serviced.
