1 /5 Anthony reed: Worst experience from roadside crew ever...needed to drive tires they only had one ..came to my location,, they couldnt get the drive tire to seal...THEY HAVE NO EQUIPMENT,, AND WHAT THEY DO HAVE IS VERY OUT DATED!! EVERYONE IS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IN THE TRUCKING WORLD,, BUT DONT USE THE MONEY TO PUT BAVK INTO THERE BUSINESS...long story short wasted 2 hours,, and still didnt get a tire....I just rode down the highway with the rim spinning....AND MISS AN LOAD APPOINTMENT ON JULY 5...dont waste your time,, or hard earned money .

He then called me and i informed him that he had not been out and completed service. He then said someone would be there in 45 min and again never showed. Dont ever call this company!!!

Pamela Donaldson: Today is Saturday a week and a half ago on a Wednesday. I drop my daughter‘s car off that won’t turn over the first time you try to start it. It cut off when you’re driving it she has multiple issues with this car, including A transmission leak take it to this Chris guy never see him drop it off. Call him after he’s had it almost a week. He says oh I’m sick. I haven’t got to look at it. I’ll look at it tomorrow. Call him back the next day and he’s like oh I drove it like 40 minutes away and back and it didn’t do anything so I say OK so there’s no transmission leak. He’s like I’m not sure. I can’t check the transmission fluid, but I don’t think so. I think you have an oil leak. Call him today to see if I could pick the car up and he says yeah it’s where you left it and the keys are where you left them. I haven’t touched it. And then I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing because I didn’t really do nothing. I could’ve had my daughter‘s car fixed in a week and a half or at least someone looked at it by then. Pictures is the scratchy place I left it & where he left the keys in it for anyone to take.

James Gossard: On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn’t even see her coming. Since moving here, we’ve been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn’t be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn’t hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would’ve been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within’ 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I‘m soooo happy with the results and I’m so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.

They left my window down in a storm, had all my equipment wet and destroyed did not fix the window. Did not fix hub assembly. Horrible business. They refuse to refund me my money. I would never come here again . 0/10 stars.

Ted showed up on time and started to diagnose the problem. He told me what the issue was and made the repairs. It wasnt the starter. He saved my ass and I thank him for being honest and professional. The first one was too wide, now we have the correct part! He’s ghosting us! He won’t answer his phone, he won’t respond to his voicemail or texts! He responded to a text a week ago saying he’s sorry he will call us in the morning to explain! No call and no response! That’s no way to run any business! Kyle call me and reverse this comment! Chris Olsen: Tried taking my vehicle in. I had mentioned that I needed my vehicle back before they closed at 5 pm and initially, the clerk told me that should not be a problem and I dropped it off. I live in Pooler and therefore I needed my vehicle to get home. Throughout the day I checked on it to see if it had gotten looked at and they mentioned it had not. 4:00 rolls around and he mentions that it will not be seen and I would need to come back to pick it up. I asked if would it be better if I left it with them the next day and the clerk told me it would probably be the same thing unless I left it with them. My question was if you were confident before that you could work on my vehicle before yall close at 5 what changed? Either you guys dont have enough mechanics or the clerk didnt know how booked up yall were. Dont tell people initially you can see their vehicle and in the end not do it.
