Mike Davis I was warned this place should be avoided if possible. They were correct. After the $550 quote for a battery replacement from Watts I had Mid Georgia tow my car and they repaired it for $200 less, and that included the tow charge.

Traci Bionda My son and I were stranded on the side of the road Friday, 6/13. Watts Service Center came to pick us up in the middle of the night, towed our car, and drove us to a local hotel. Unfortunately, the results were not in our favor but LeAnne couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was very helpful as we had to navigate our next steps. Highly recommend.

Cathy I bought my Kia soul there in 2022 and the free oil change for life is a real blessing. The parts and service team are always so friendly and helpful. I.may have to wait sometimes but they have a comfortable waiting area so its not so bad when you do wait. The young lady that checked me in today was above and beyond friendly and treated me well.

Those Cronic clowns really did me wrong but I am so glad you were able to fix it. I purchased my 2024 Chevy Silverado from a bad dealership in Griffin and since I drove it, it would shake really bad. You guys fixed that with the tire rotation and balance. I am so glad you guys are trustworthy and do a quality job!

Tareq Hammad Stay away from this place, I called them and asked if they have a house for my truck and price. The first question is, what mm is your truck? After that, he is by the truck, got the hose replaced in 1 hour asking me to pay $800 flat .. end up paying $600 for 1 hour job plus service call total bad service only used 2 gallon antifreeze

Erik Urena Buyer beware its takes them 8 hours to do a simple air leak and clamp fix. The owner goes out of his way to say he can charge whatever he wants because you’re on the side of the road stuck. Make sure to think twice before using this company to add to this when I called to ask why it took so long in a very nice tone he tells me I need to find out why I’m such an ahole.

Cristi Kendrick My luck couldnt be worse this week. A branch fell on my Camry during a sunny day and since it hit the roof and dented it, body shop said it was totaled. So I had to get a rental. All they had was a jeep wrangler. Getting in is hard too. On my way to town, I got a nail in my front right tire. Just a few miles out. I called SCT Pit Stop and he instructed me on exactly what to do. Driving 30 mph, I made it there. I thought great another expense. They fixed and plugged it in all of ten minutes at a very generous rate. Their generosity and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend the crew up there to help with your vehicle needs. Weve been personally using them for 40 plus years now. THANK You so very much!!

Cathy Koenig En route to Ohio, I stopped into this shop because my tires were making funny noises. Jason at the desk checked out the tires immediately and let me know that three of the tires had dry rot and a broken belt. We couldn’t wait until 2:30 for new tires to be delivered so Jason wrote down what I needed and directed me to a couple of shops further north. When I tried to pay, he wouldn’t allow it. I left the shop feeling very grateful there are people like him in the world! Can’t say enough positive things about this shop!! Thank you again Jason.

The family and I were on I-75S and the flap under my mom’s car starting making noise so I googled the closest option to us (at the time) and don’t regret it at all . The lady at the counter and the two gentlemen , were more than helpful and very kind ! 10/10 , would come again if needed .

Queen Fatt As a mother of 3 toddlers, being in an emergency, this is the most efficient, down to earth, bang for your buck, get there quick, quality roadside company Ive ever came in contact with.
