SCT Pit Stop - Forsyth (GA)

5 /5 Cristi Kendrick: My luck couldnt be worse this week. A branch fell on my Camry during a sunny day and since it hit the roof and dented it, body shop said it was totaled. So I had to get a rental. All they had was a jeep wrangler. Getting in is hard too. On my way to town, I got a nail in my front right tire. Just a few miles out. I called SCT Pit Stop and he instructed me on exactly what to do. Driving 30 mph, I made it there. I thought great another expense. They fixed and plugged it in all of ten minutes at a very generous rate. Their generosity and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend the crew up there to help with your vehicle needs. Weve been personally using them for 40 plus years now. THANK You so very much!!

5 /5 Cathy Koenig: En route to Ohio, I stopped into this shop because my tires were making funny noises. Jason at the desk checked out the tires immediately and let me know that three of the tires had dry rot and a broken belt. We couldn’t wait until 2:30 for new tires to be delivered so Jason wrote down what I needed and directed me to a couple of shops further north. When I tried to pay, he wouldn’t allow it. I left the shop feeling very grateful there are people like him in the world! Can’t say enough positive things about this shop!! Thank you again Jason.

1 /5 Sarah Nadler: Absolutely horrible service! Don’t go there. Lady at the front had a completely “don’t care” attitude. I was told my car would be fixed in the morning so took time off work to come get it… still wasn’t ready and no one called to let me know. She again had a “don’t care” attitude about that too. Ended up taking two more hours to get my car. Horrible place and terrible front staff.

5 /5 Raymond: This place is great! They replaced an O2 sensor, rear shocks, entire transmission, and tires without any issues at this point. Leah is cool, just be patient and respectful and this business will take care of you.

2 /5 Randi: Lady who answers the phone at the front desk was not very nice, very short and had an overall “I dont care” attitude about her. Hopefully the work they do is better than the customer service.
