5 /5 Cathy: I bought my Kia soul there in 2022 and the free oil change for life is a real blessing. The parts and service team are always so friendly and helpful. I.may have to wait sometimes but they have a comfortable waiting area so its not so bad when you do wait. The young lady that checked me in today was above and beyond friendly and treated me well.

Those Cronic clowns really did me wrong but I am so glad you were able to fix it. I purchased my 2024 Chevy Silverado from a bad dealership in Griffin and since I drove it, it would shake really bad. You guys fixed that with the tire rotation and balance. I am so glad you guys are trustworthy and do a quality job!

2 /5 J Man: Well this is the first bad experience I have had! Set up an appointment on line for my trucks first oil change and tire rotation! The appointment time is at 11:00 am. Im working so my partner brought the truck in. When I set the appointment upon line it ask if it was a drop off or a wait. It was a wait on the vehicle. I ask my partner who brought my truck in at 1:40 how the service went. He said he ask nobody could tell him anything. I call the service department and spoke with Allison and she told me they were short staff but for me to hang on and she will check! Allison came back and said the person that wrote the truck up put it in as being dropped off not a wait. First thing that person should ask what time will you be back to pick it up and this would never have happen. If I put that in online it was not a drop off that makes two places where it should have be caught. Lack of communication big time! Now my partner/ friend has been there3 1/2 hours and still waiting because someones not paying attention to their job! This has taken of their entire day fir oil change and tire rotation. Unacceptable and unprofessional! Now I have to worry about then hurrying to get done and not get a good service... The absolute worse customer service. Couldnt even tell us what the first service consist of. Check fluids? Air in the tires? Not a clue to whats he was doing! Flat out lied and said we said were leaving the vehicle. When I made the appointment on line I put would be waiting on the vehicle! Just a big mess to spend thousands and thousands of dollars with them and this is what you get in return. Volume Chevrolet lost all respect I had today. Train your staff!

Thanks to the professionals Mr. Dave "Happyman" Henry and Mr. Rico Wilson. I have a new ride. When you stop in , ask for them. And enjoy the great experience. Thanks guys!
