2 /5 Tim Brokke: My family and I got stranded in Forsyth on our way to Florida for a family vacation. We took our vehicle to Watts, and they took time the next morning to look at my vehicle. The only reason I am giving them a 2-star rather than 1-star rating is the fact that they did look at it the morning we brought it in.
However, they ended up charging us over $600 to replace an oil pressure sensor that other reputable garages/dealerships charge $300 to replace. Undoubtedly, they gouged us knowing that we were desperate. Because of our being stuck in the middle of nowhere GA, and the need to make our way to FL to salvage what was left of our trip, we had no other choice. I would highly recommend NOT taking your vehicles to Watts Service Center.
