5 /5 Sean OConnell: We had a truly wonderful experience at Saint Bibiana. We had Stephanie as our server and she is personable as well as knowledgeable. We started with the pate and blue crab dish. The pate was incredibly smooth and flavorful and accompanied by home made bread. The blue crab dish was lump blue crab with fresh snap peas and micro green salad.. some details I respect was the blue crab had a small amount of seasoning on it and the limoncello vinaigrette tied everything together with its vibrant flavor.. we had to try a pasta and did so with the ossu bucco pappardelle . You could quickly tell that the pasta was home made and the ossu bucco was braised to perfection. The star of the night was the Florentine steak with porcini butter and olive salt.. cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth. The olive salt was a fabulous touch. Dining in Savannah can be hit and miss and this restaurant is definitely a hit.. the interior details and music choices also should be applauded. It’s a great way to spend an evening and I would highly recommend you do so.
