5 /5 V: We decided to make a stop at Sunday Sunday for lunch or brunch. Well, due to how busy it was, we were seated in these little tables near the kitchen that I guess were the least desired stepchild seats because we did not have reservations. These seats were awesome because we were near the kitchen, and we could see the food the chefs made, watch them make it, and see it being brought out. I actually thought these seats were better than the fancy seats because of that.
Our server, James, who was absolutely fabulous, came out and greeted us after a bit because the place was busy at the time we came in. We had some delicious belininis as we explored the menu. James told us what was good and what was recommended and what was good and what was not good with what we wanted and we made a selection.
I decided to go with the Benedict in Rome and it was damn good. They did not skimp on the ham, and the eggs were poached properly; the spinach would even make Popeye blush. Geneva went with the omelet, and damn, I have never seen her eat that fast. Everything was just perfect here that we ordered.
James checked in and provided a great conversation, answering all our questions about Savannah and providing great insight.
Thank you James and Sunday Sunday for the great experience we hope to be back soon
