1 /5 Amber Lindberg: I went to get my ring sized and expected quality work. The ring is now a smidge too big. You can see where he sized it! And when I picked it up I told him the stone was loose and he said it was not. I barely hit my hand doing laundry and the stone fell out. Shocker. So now I have to pay someone else to fix his work and put my stone back in. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Colby Davis: Guy offers 50% less then the pawn shops on gold. Pawn shop offered 20 a gram on 10k gold. This guy offered less than 10 dollars a gram. Would not waste time coming here.

Meredith On The Mend: Phenomenal service and breathtaking collection(s)!! The entire staff I have interacted with has been more than helpful, patient and friendly. I was in there for quite some time just to browse and to purchase a relatively inexpensive but important (to me) ring. There was absolutely none of the typical haughty vibe that seems standard at other jewelers which seems to be congruent with the price size of my anticipated purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and the turnaround time was way less than initially estimated. Additionally, Thad has been so kind & informative to my 19 yr old son, who has had several watches sized there that numerous other jewelers refused to spend the time on. Thad spoke with my son personally and treated him with such respect. My son could not say enough about Celestial and that is what ultimately led me there as well. We will continue to return there for any of our jewelry purchases or repair/resizing needs in the future! Thank you Celestial!! We appreciate you!

We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered.
