1 /5 Anthony Kitt: I came here just to get quoted on a price for a hollow chain that broke in one place I’ve had this chain for more then 6 months, she rubbed it enough for it to snap again I’ve been to other places close and never had this issue, she said that’s the risk you take coming here so I’m spreading the message the most they will compensate for breaking your item is a sorry, also I had chunks of gold in my hand from where she snapped it, a lot of links have fallen off I bet if I went back they would offer me less I’m surprised they didn’t offer to fix it or compensate

The gentleman behind the counter today noticed I was taking an interest in the 90% and brought out some loose proof coins that were hidden and said they would cost the same as the beat up ones! Overall premiums here were below anywhere online. Very reasonably priced store and some nice folks that run the place!
