We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.

Dont sell scrap gold here..they dont show you the weight on scale,market scrap gold pricing,whisper betwen themselves, they tried to put my 18k gold in with 14k and give a price..thats b.s.,different type of gold is weifhrd seperately..kinda scammy,etc.just hitting the unsuspecting customer. Ilene and several other people that work there were genuinely concerned that I was happy with my purchase. They do fantastic work and stand behind their work! I love them all and I love my ring. They did custom work with a new setting and my grandmother’s diamond. It’s beautiful! I can’t wait until I want a new piece of jewelry, I know where I will be going! I have a wish list!

The folks there greeted me like an old pal and guided me through their beautiful jewelry collection with genuine care. I ended up snagging a gorgeous 14-karat diamond bracelet, and they even fixed my moms beloved necklace on the spot! What a relief to finally find a jewelry store where I could take my time browsing without feeling pressured. Prospectors Pouch is definitely my new go-to for all things bling!

John Philter: I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! The bracelet came out so unique and beautiful. We added pearls on each side of each diamond . It has a very classy and feminine look. I picked out a sturdy gold bracelet that they installed my diamonds & new pearls on. They also gave me credit for my gold toward this new design . I will definitely use all of these very wonderful honest people again . Can’t say enough about quality and customer service

Nataly Limon: I was very disappointed in King tuts I did give them two chances one being wedding bands I needed them engraved but they said that they could only engrave one so I told them that if that was the case that I wouldnt want either of them engraved they sent them back with one engraved and tried to charge me it made no sense they wouldnt match anymore especially for wedding bands I feel like that was very important they did finally fix it after two weeks they shaved down the ring but you could tell there has been an engraving the second time being I wanted a ring resized and whenever I first went in there I had said that I wanted to see how much it would be to get this ring resized they told me how much bigger would I want it I told them that I wanted it to fit my index finger they sized my index finger and then you know they took it never got an estimate on the price or anything so it is my fault for assuming that it wouldnt be that expensive especially because the ring I had brought in was no more than a $20 ring finally I get there to pick it up and they tell me that its going to be $100 and something dollars and in all honesty that isnt a lot of money in hindsight but I would not have fixed my ring if I knew it was going to be that expensive . I did tell him how I felt this last time because it was very disappointing I genuinely would not have agreed to fix this ring but what its done is done
