5 /5 Justine McGrew: I visited Collins Jewelers yesterday to have my center stone removed from my damaged engagement ring. I was referred to them by friends. Everyone was very kind and service was prompt and fairly priced. They also gave me a very reasonable quote to have my center stone placed in a simple setting, which I plan on having them do in the near future. The store was also sparking clean, with nice lighting (not clinical-feeling with fluorescent lighting like some jewelry stores). They had a beautiful selection of jewelry on display as well. I was very pleased with my experience yesterday and look forward to future visits.

5 /5 Lindsey Stratton: I am over the moon in love with my custom ring from Collins! I took my original set in that was broken and asked for my diamonds to be placed in a new custom band. Kate helped us throughout the entire practice and was nothing short of amazing. I simply showed her some inspiration pictures and she listened to the aspects I wanted and she got right to work! The price point was affordable and every step of the process was so quick and smooth from the renderings, to the 3D wax mold try on, to picking up my new GORGEOUS ring! It’s absolutely everything I wanted and my experience with Kate and Collins jewelry surpassed any other jeweler I’ve been to. Thank you guys so much and I look forward to seeing you again for the cleanings! I will certainly be referring friends and family here as well as returning for any of my jewelry needs.

I also called in and had a few questions and the rep took her time and I felt nothing but positive energy. It’s also cool that this place is family owned (3 generations so far). I had some watch batteries changed and I couldn’t be more happy about the watches working of course LOL, but she educated me on the way a watch should fit, gave options on different bands, and explained their customer jewelry process. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your watch needs.

Rudy Williams: We have purchased many items from Prospectors Pouch over the last 40 years and its always been a fantastic experience. We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.

John Philter: I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! Debbie Moore: Art jewelry store surpassed our expectations. I worked with Brooke . She was so helpful planning a new bracelet for me reusing some diamonds from a pendant. The bracelet came out so unique and beautiful. We added pearls on each side of each diamond . It has a very classy and feminine look. I picked out a sturdy gold bracelet that they installed my diamonds & new pearls on. They also gave me credit for my gold toward this new design . I will definitely use all of these very wonderful honest people again . Can’t say enough about quality and customer service

Nataly Limon: I was very disappointed in King tuts I did give them two chances one being wedding bands I needed them engraved but they said that they could only engrave one so I told them that if that was the case that I wouldnt want either of them engraved they sent them back with one engraved and tried to charge me it made no sense they wouldnt match anymore especially for wedding bands I feel like that was very important they did finally fix it after two weeks they shaved down the ring but you could tell there has been an engraving the second time being I wanted a ring resized and whenever I first went in there I had said that I wanted to see how much it would be to get this ring resized they told me how much bigger would I want it I told them that I wanted it to fit my index finger they sized my index finger and then you know they took it never got an estimate on the price or anything so it is my fault for assuming that it wouldnt be that expensive especially because the ring I had brought in was no more than a $20 ring finally I get there to pick it up and they tell me that its going to be $100 and something dollars and in all honesty that isnt a lot of money in hindsight but I would not have fixed my ring if I knew it was going to be that expensive . I did tell him how I felt this last time because it was very disappointing I genuinely would not have agreed to fix this ring but what its done is done
