5 /5 Meredith On The Mend: Phenomenal service and breathtaking collection(s)!! The entire staff I have interacted with has been more than helpful, patient and friendly. I was in there for quite some time just to browse and to purchase a relatively inexpensive but important (to me) ring. There was absolutely none of the typical haughty vibe that seems standard at other jewelers which seems to be congruent with the price size of my anticipated purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and the turnaround time was way less than initially estimated. Additionally, Thad has been so kind & informative to my 19 yr old son, who has had several watches sized there that numerous other jewelers refused to spend the time on. Thad spoke with my son personally and treated him with such respect. My son could not say enough about Celestial and that is what ultimately led me there as well. We will continue to return there for any of our jewelry purchases or repair/resizing needs in the future! Thank you Celestial!! We appreciate you!

I was not disappointed and they did a fantastic job on my watch and we will be back and I’m sure we will be shopping.

Cyndi was extremely patient and helpful with helping us decide on what she wanted. She even ordered a selection of diamonds in various carats for us to select from! Needless to say my wife is extremely happy with the finished product and we would recommend Celestial Jewelers to anyone looking for jewelry services in the area!

I felt totally comfortable leaving my valuables there..as the owners had been in law enforcement..respect is high!! Went back to pick up today, and Cyndi was amazing too...left my Moms diamond necklace for repair...she left it for me a few years ago...didnt trust anyone to take care of it...until today! Thank you Celestial Jewelers...you are Heavenly!!!

Rene Curlee: Needed a charm added to a necklace for my grandaughters birthday. Atkins Jewelry in Marietta had been my go to...but they closed for good! Looking for a new jewelry shop, landed at a place on Cobb Parkway but they said it would be a week before they could do what I needed done, and it would be $35! I found Arnett Jewelry, walked in and not only did he do the necklace, right then and there, took mere minutes....but there was no charge! Great customer sevice...now I know where to go next time I need jewelry!

We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.

John Philter: I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! Debbie Moore: Art jewelry store surpassed our expectations. I worked with Brooke . She was so helpful planning a new bracelet for me reusing some diamonds from a pendant. The bracelet came out so unique and beautiful. We added pearls on each side of each diamond . It has a very classy and feminine look. I picked out a sturdy gold bracelet that they installed my diamonds & new pearls on. They also gave me credit for my gold toward this new design . I will definitely use all of these very wonderful honest people again . Can’t say enough about quality and customer service
