Acceptance Insurance - Cartersville Stephanie Cristina: The absolute worse customer service I’ve came across. The guy I spoke with and was on the phone with for over an hour with nothing but silence and chewing. He had me waiting for a quote that I received within a few minutes online. Super nonchalant and rude, and all I could hear was chewing and breathing for an hour straight. He didn’t update me, just kept me on waiting, and when I finally said, “just email the quote thank you.” All he said was mhmm. Please hire people who actually have the desire to work. Lazy!
