1 /5 Stephanie Cristina: The absolute worse customer service I’ve came across. The guy I spoke with and was on the phone with for over an hour with nothing but silence and chewing. He had me waiting for a quote that I received within a few minutes online. Super nonchalant and rude, and all I could hear was chewing and breathing for an hour straight. He didn’t update me, just kept me on waiting, and when I finally said, “just email the quote thank you.” All he said was mhmm. Please hire people who actually have the desire to work. Lazy!

1 /5 Kimberly Marshall: This is the absolute WORST insurance company Ive ever had. The agent by the name of ANTHONY RODRIGUEZ is a liar. I thought he was helping me but two weeks after have the insurance EVERYTHING he told me on the phone while setting up my policy was a LIE. DO BETTER.
