Paul Mike “Mike Paul”: I called this office to get a quote. Lou stated that if I got a quote online it wouldnt be accurate and I would have to call them anyway. My family lives close and she stated "our company underwriting doesnt allow policies in this area"! Then without anything but my address, She hangs up when I asked her name. So I called back and got it. I will be reporting this place to the GA insurance commissioner. She didnt even pull credit as she didnt have my security or birth date. She was very rude, apathetic, unprofessional! If they dont want business, thats their loss! I wouldnt trust this place since this experience! Lou needs a refresh on "customer service and professionalism!". If you live in Cartersville or Acworth, or Emerson I wouldnt count or waste my time as she acted like she was doing me a favor! My wife and I are with a big insurance company now but was just curious since this office is in the Walmart shopping center. Blessings!

Just like with a doctor, I typically wait to leave an honest fair review. Time will tell. My experience in purchasing was smooth and the transition when I sold and bought vehicles even easier. Even saved! I can’t say I have any complaints whatsoever. Fair pricing, easier than doing it myself for sure and less stress too! The middle of the road stars, only because of the time will tell part. I haven’t had an accident, or needed insurance on a vehicle since, well, like my twenties. It’s when you need the insurance that you see what these guys are made of and I know Brannon and his crew only work here but, he did choose to represent them. So, I remain neutral on judgement and very grateful for the ease I experienced in the sale. You asked for it. I’ve edited my review to reflect the service of Brannon East’s agency per Brannon’s request. Previously 3 stars for doing the bare minimum of signing me up. No different than I could have done on my own via Progressive’s website or ap. I changed vehicles since establishing 6 months of service covered through them. A savings it should have been explained by Progressive. This agency failed to make sure I received money owed in this adjustment. Very disappointed and I have known him and his wife personally for decades. I do my very best to support those I know and well, rarely is it a let down. Came up short for me in a big way for me and I must share that truth. I hope your hot tub is treating you well.

Even upon my written request, they still do not update my mortgage company when the Homeowners Policy renews. Thankfully, Im very aware of procedures for uploading documents online; yet I consented to a phone call to EMA provided by the Insurance Dept rep for my mortgage company. She tried calling yesterday - no answer. Rep left a very detailed msg. Well see if she gets a response and effective resolution.
