Michael Bahl This office thinks it is acceptable to send spam/scam advertisements in blank envelopes without a return address, labeled "important document enclosed." The important document is just a poor insurance quote with a high premium and low coverage. If youre so desperate for clients you have to trick people into opening your mailers... says a lot about how your agency must be performing.

Ken Quick Ive been buying insurance for over 50 years, so Ive been a policyholder for several companies and have suffered introductory rates a few times along the way. (I/We also have a long claim-free history.) After receiving a great quote from Patrick Keplinger a few years ago, I switched all of my policies to American Family. My fears of first-year-prices never materialized and the rates have been fair and consistent for quite a while now. Every interaction has been surprisingly great and exactly what I wanted and needed. Even the cancelling of a policy due to a sale was handled wonderfully - with a larger-than-expected refund. Im glad I discovered Lee Dawkins American Family Insurance. You will be too.

Mark Bradshaw I just completed my annual comparison analysis for my auto, home and umbrella coverages and American Family Insurance came out on top again. I compared them to Allstate, Farmers, and State Farm. My AFI agent searches for every discount that he can find, and he has managed to keep my rates as low as possible and better than the competition. I have had no issues with AFI, and I trust them to continue to provide me with the best insurance bundle available. I would recommend this particular agency to anyone looking for superior insurance coverage.

Eric Larson Do not use this place. I called for a homeowners’ quote and asked them to send me the policy declaration to review and see if things looked correct. I never received any documents. The next week, my mortgage company reached out and informed me that this place had requested a payment, changed my insurance, and canceled my current policy. I spent four hours on the phone trying to deal with this. When I finally got someone on the phone at this agency, they just wanted to sell, sell, sell and referred back to the agent who did not send the quote. When they sent me to her, all I got was voicemail. The one time she did pick up, she told me she could not help me and hung up. I got nothing—no documents, no payment authorization, no DocuSign, nothing. It appears to be pure fraud and a scam to get commissions. Trying to call Allstate directly is impossible. You get stuck in one of the worst automated call systems anywhere, and no one will talk to you. The entire experience is a joke and likely a scam. What use is insurance if all they do is take your money and you can’t deal with anyone? I finally had to get my mortgage company to get someone from Allstate corporate on a three-way call to get this resolved. It took many hours of my time, and no one deserves to be treated like that. Avoid at all costs. Unethical is putting it kindly.

Lamar May My experience with Mollie Jones began at the beginning of 2025 when we moved from Birmingham to Cumming, GA. We were with State Farm in Alabama. Mollie sent us an email inviting us to use the Clint Jones agency for our insurance needs in Georgia. She was the only person to extend an invitation to us. I contacted Mollie and she was helpful and friendly from the very beginning. Our coverage included three automobiles, two boats and a condo, so it was messy. Mollie very patiently had my Alabama policies terminated, got refunds for us and quickly wrote binders and policies for all our needs. I later transferred ownership of some of my covered assets to family members and Mollie handled those transfers very efficiently for us. It’s nice to have a helpful friend in a new state/city. I highly recommend Mollie. She will do a good job for you and you will be pleased with her work.

Nieka Lindsey *Edit* As a person seeking home owners insurance coverage with this agency or Allstate, please do your due diligence when dealing with this agency and company. The Matt Green Agency sold a policy that should not have been written on a vacant home, even after they were provided communication stating such and continued to offer coverage. Had a break in and Allstate refused to cover the issue, directing me back to Matt Green Agency as it was their error in writing this policy. Evidently Allstate assumes that insureds are well versed in the intricacies of binding coverage for vacant properties in a trust and essentially said sorry not our problem, take it up with the agent, to which I still have not received a call back or email pertaining to their failure in writing this policy. They are still collecting a monthly premium on a useless policy by the way. I am not sure who actually manages the office as I was hearing from a different person than the original agent and up until a few months ago when they stopped responding. Knowing what I know now, I couldn’t place faith in agent or Allstate as they both epically failed in my eyes and tried to put the onus back on me as if I am the licensed agent who should have know better. Do your research! Original: Prompt and upfront. Very professional and helpful with me from quote to policy.
