Shakari Smith Horrible. My car has been towed twice and I’ve had coverage on my car the whole time. I was supposed to be reimbursed, but I still haven’t received the money due to the lady putting my address in wrong. I ask for receipts every time I pay and they don’t send them. I would advise you to keep looking, I know they’re cheap but their also Unresponsible people. Not your best bet!

Agape Ink Tattoo The absolute worst experience ever with insurance company. Incapable children running the front office. Claimed 4k in damage on hime hit by tornado citing no excessive wind incident even though declared national disaster by FEMA and the president of the united states. Had to appeal and fight and ended up over 120k in damages. Then go to get the documents notarized by them and they refuse to certify their documents as true . Denied a more recent claim citing weather conditions at time of appraisal a month after the damage was done .. smh. Just absolutely deplorable and inept service. Btw. They did almost double all premiums though. Canceled and attained insurance elsewhere after 4 years of paying them .. pitiful.

The policy for our teen driver was outrageous from most companies, but we were able to work with them to get a policy we could afford with coverage that we needed.
