    Stephanie Cristina: The absolute worse customer service I’ve came across. The guy I spoke with and was on the phone with for over an hour with nothing but silence and chewing. He had me waiting for a quote that I received within a few minutes online. Super nonchalant and rude, and all I could hear was chewing and breathing for an hour straight. He didn’t update me, just kept me on waiting, and when I finally said, “just email the quote thank you.” All he said was mhmm. Please hire people who actually have the desire to work. Lazy!

I met Laura at the Cartersville location, who more than my agent has become a great friend. She has always kept me legal and has never broken my budget. She takes the right time to listen to my insurance needs each renewal year and gives me her 3 top recommendations for me to choose. When I had trouble with my car loan asking for proof of insurance she made sure they had all the information that they needed and faxed, emailed them and called them all they long till they called her back to confirm. Out of all the few times Ive been to her office there has always been a rude costumer present and the way she deals with them is impecable. She truly takes the time and patience to appease them and make sure they get taken care of while still taking care of everyone else in her office. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly. Her office space is always clean and smells great. Anyone first timers getting insurance or just anyone looking for a great insurance office please go see Laura and her staff. They WILL take care of you!!!!

    Lashane: Their prices are okay but I’m leaving 2 stars simply because of their customer service. I purchased my policy through the Cartersville location. When you try to call that location with the phone number provided you get a robot that sends you to anyone.. anywhere. Every single time it is someone new with the nastiest attitude and smartest mouth. They won’t even let you speak without interrupting you. They treat you as if they’re doing you a favor and you’re not a PAYING customer. They should keep in mind that without customers they don’t have a job! Cartersville should really fix the issue with the phone. When I call a specific location I expect to speak to someone at that location and not the nasty women and men working from home that are upset bc they actually have to do their job and assist customers! It makes the entire company look bad and will probably affect Cartersvilles customer retention. The original man that sold me my policy was great but it’s impossible to only deal with him when the calls go everywhere.
