Rochelle Holmes I will not return to this nail salon. I think its sad that we spend so much money patronizing businesses that only care about making money. Be fare to your customers. I explained my situation about the chrome polish on my nails. Yes my nails are thin and which couldve very well been an issue with the polish not lasting. But the next day is unacceptable. I had to pay another $25 for the salon in Jamaica to fix one toe. I couldnt complain of their prices. However the fact of me having to even fix the issue out of the country was not good. Then I call to explain my situation. I arrive still having to wait which was an inconvenience. Basically for him to tell me it would be 55 for me to add nails or overlay. I figure why not credit me for what I jad to pay? It makes no sense and I spent $70. This is not good business to only tell me I can repaint for free which is only $25 for gel polish. I lost out on the other money I spend. Then the girl thta did my nails gave me so much anxiety with picking up her phone constantly, keep wiping down stuff stating she has OCD. Looking all over the place. I still gave her a tip. Who wants to go to a nail salon and not feel relaxed. Horrible experience. Im a business owner and I make sure I take of my people no matter what. Customers are the reason you have a business. Poor satisfaction

Ming Lee I loved my experience at Monica nails. The staff was so welcoming. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing. Any question i asked was answered with a smile. My nails came out so beautiful. I didn’t know what design i wanted and the nail tech came up with the design for my nails. I love them 10/10. The pedicure was 10/10 also. They really take their time and you’ll get your monies worth. I’m so happy with my experience. Thank you!

April Gillis I visited today to get a fill-in. My original set was done by another salon, and they were inconsistent in thickness, with acrylic dripping underneath the nails. The nails were not an even length, and weren’t even shaped; the lady that did my fill-in today corrected all the issues from the other salon, and did an amazing job. I’m super satisfied with the services.

Verjetta Dease I used to love coming here for the reasonable prices, no so much reasonable anymore. I felt as if I got overcharged on my last visit but I know for sure now. Seems like they haven’t updated the price list or whatever. Instead of $25 pedicure that I asked for with gel which would be an option extra $10, in total would have been $35.. I got charged $45 & still tipped $5 on top of that. Needless to say I might as well go to any nail shop if I’m going to pay $45 for a basic pedicure In response, there was literally no polish on my feet when I came in I have not had my toes done in months, came in with bare feet. So $5 added for polish removal that I DID NOT have on my toes just let’s me know to go elsewhere where things are better communicated

Megan Sponseller I will not be returning here. From the get go there were problems. When i first came in, i sat for 30 minutes which is expected but i was handed the color pallet while i was waiting then took them away before i was seated at a table. Normally you pick those with the nail tech. When i asked for a design, he refused to look at the reference picture then reluctantly glanced at it and did something else. He was super rude the whole time and kept grabbing my hands and shoving them in the cure light. I didnt want to mess up the paint bumping them into the back yet he felt the need to to grab my hands like that. Told me how tired i looked and how i needed to go home and take a nap 5 or so times. Horrid service, will not be returning

Kassandra Kitty Tommy did such a fantastic job with my nails. He was professional and friendly. I honestly wouldnt have found them if I didnt do a generic Google search for nails near me, and Im so glad I did!! They were honest and affordable. I will be coming back for sure. Go ahead and get crazy with those rhinestones, be unique and trust your tech! I told him to do whatever he liked with the design, and I wasnt disappointed!

Claire Vance Paris nails Augusta is my go to nail place. No matter the technician, I always get quality service. Today my manicurist Maya was one of the most attentive nail techs I’ve had and I am in love with the outcome!

Robin Lucas I would never let these people play in my face again. I received a fast service in and out in less than a hour and my nails look like it. I was charged $70 for my nails because I got gel polish and ballerina shaped. The picture is after I came home and filed my own nails down because the files and buffers were so old she really didn’t get my shape right. I hate I didn’t see certain things until I got home, but my polish looks terrible because Cindy rushed through painting my nails, she didn’t let the light go off for the uv, so I have bubbles in my polish. The way she yanked my hand it’s almost a shame I sat there to pay for this. I’ll never pay to be treated like this again.

Alencia Lopez My sister-in-law recommended this place and I’m sooo glad she did !! The inside is beautiful and everyone was so nice !! The nail tech, (Sydney) recommended SNS. I was kind of skeptical about it (only because I didn’t know what it was) but I thought I’d give it a shot .. Sydney did such an amazing job on my nails ! She took her time and she checked to make sure I was okay every step of the way.. will be coming back !!!

Amber Cumbee The facility is nice and clean and the staff is always so friendly. I walked in 30 minutes before closing the night before Easter and was able to get my pedicure and fill w/design with no problem and they took their time on me and provided top notch service. The music is always a vibe and the price cannot be beat. Tony did my nails and nailed my design, I’m obsessed! Highly recommend this salon - best I’ve found in the CSRA!

Arias Kimberly (长ȺƦMÅঐ) Tony did AMAZING JOB!!!! He took his time and went over and beyond doing my nails. I also got a pedicure with acrylic on all my toes. Most relaxing pedicure, wanted to fall asleep the whole time. They did amazing job on everything. I will be coming back. This is the spot to get your nails done at in the Augusta area.

Whitley Key This was my second time visiting this salon, and they didn’t disappoint! The pedicures were done with precision, and they’re always checking to make sure you like the service you are receiving. My nail tech was able to execute exactly what I wanted! I’m usually a long nail girly, but he knew what to do! They’re pleasant and their service is impeccable! I’ll definitely be visiting them again!

Leticia Velez Every time that Im in the Augusta area and need a break or fix my nails, I come directly here. The personnel is very friendly and professional. Yesterday was Saras turn to do m6 fill in, and she did an amazing job.

Christina Marie Sara did my full set today… absolutely the worst full set I’ve ever had. Before asking what shape I wanted the nails she cute them too short for the coffin shape I wanted… because I came in with natural nails I had shaped myself in a square shape I guess she assumed that was the shape I wanted before asking… all my nails were filed so badly after she cut them. She filed them down too much in the center creating the edges to be extremely pointy and sharp. It’s really unfortunate considering I’m stuck with my nails looking like this for my engagement this week…. Definitely will not be back and definitely will never recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend further training for Sara!

Tosia Truesdell It’s been months since I had a pedicure. Anthony was friendly and fast. I asked for a toe design at the last minute. He went to get the supplies to do the nail art on my toe. When he came back, I had found a picture of the design I wanted. At the same time he shown me a design idea that was almost identical to to what I randomly choose. We had the same idea without even discussing it! Cool! I should mention this is the one spa I frequent the most. The polish always seems to stay on for a while when I get it done here. I’ve tried others and the polish always ALWAYS seems to come off after a week or so. I’ll definitely be back.

Paris S. Pringle Monica did a SUPERB job on my nails! I showed her what I wanted, and she nailed it! She also slayed my eyebrows…I’m super picky about my shape/look and she got me right on the first try. They look amazing! Johnny did my pedicure and he was super gentle, friendly, and communicative. The manager, Anthony, was very welcoming and you can tell he has a passion for running a business and keeping his customers happy. Overall, my experience was great, and they gave me just the boost of confidence I needed before my vacay. I can’t wait to come back!

Connie Chu Love this place. The shop is smaller than most nail places but the service here is great. I showed them a dress I wanted to match my nails to and the two techs took their time to get the color right for me. I also requested some nail art to match the dress and they knocked it out the park. Will definitely come here again.

Latoya Williams My nails started lifting from the bottom within just a few days of me getting them done. And by the time I came back from vacation, 6 nails had completely came off my nail bed. I called and spoke with someone who was a manager and they refused to help. I do not recommend anyone go to this nail salon. I believe they also have a high turnover rate.

Lacresha Valentine Pricing is not as mention. I feel like I was over charged for a manicure and pedicure ($248) I inform the guy that the diamonds were to big & he still glued them on. Cut my real nails without asking when I normally just get an overlay to protect my nails. So I got fake nails. I asked for shorter nails and he replied they’ll be shorter with the filing but they were not. Just did as he please but charged me different pricing without mentioning it. Never will I go there again.

He is also intentional about communicating and doesnt mind sharing about his culture and engaging in conversation. Im weird and picky and the staff is REALLY good about making me feel comfortable. Its a beautiful and clean salon and even when they are busy they dont rush through their work. They work together on techniques and are not afraid to admit when they are not very familiar with something. -Suzettra

Domo Jinx I had the pleasure of Ms. Katie doing my pedicure. She was very sweet and accommodating. One of the chairs did not work, so she moved me to another working chair. She provided excellent care, and I recommend getting a natural nail pedicure.

Nina Brown Never again. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years different places.Never once had an infection until I went here. My fingers hurt so bad. My nail bed was glued to my cuticle. After disinfecting yellow pus came out of my nail. Blood the next day. Nail tech took my debit card and didn’t return it. NEVER AGAIN. This was in AUGUSTA,GA. I know where I live. You should have apologized instead of attempting to make me feel crazy. Horrible business. Can’t even take accountability for a dirty infectious shop. I’m from NY this never happened there. I could have died from that infection.
