1 /5 Courtney: I do not plan on going back for a 4th time. I would take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere.
Disappointed that after going back for the second time ever, my French tip began to peel off after less than a week. I went back to get it fixed and was told it would be $6 total to fix the two nails which seemed fair. After thinking about it, I opted to have a color change due to the fact that my other nails were on the verge of chipping. I felt I should have been discounted significantly for my color change and wasnt. If my French tips were applied properly with sufficient coating, I wouldnt have been inconvenienced in the first place so I did not think that was fair.
****Lastly, the color change I got 4 days ago is already chipping. I now understand why this salon wasnt highly rated on YELP but I like to try some things for myself. I do not intend on going back to this salon.****
Recommend developing a policy to fix nails for free with receipt in a 5-7 day time span. This will hold nail techs accountable and encourage the nail tech to do a thorough job to minimize customers coming in for corrections. I know Im not the only customer to experience this, during my 2nd visit a customer came in to get a chipped nail fixed too. I understand chips happen on occasion regardless of application, but two chipped nails back to back makes me deduce its an application issue that needs to be addressed among the staff.
