1 /5 Rochelle Holmes: I will not return to this nail salon. I think its sad that we spend so much money patronizing businesses that only care about making money. Be fare to your customers. I explained my situation about the chrome polish on my nails. Yes my nails are thin and which couldve very well been an issue with the polish not lasting. But the next day is unacceptable. I had to pay another $25 for the salon in Jamaica to fix one toe. I couldnt complain of their prices. However the fact of me having to even fix the issue out of the country was not good. Then I call to explain my situation. I arrive still having to wait which was an inconvenience. Basically for him to tell me it would be 55 for me to add nails or overlay. I figure why not credit me for what I jad to pay? It makes no sense and I spent $70. This is not good business to only tell me I can repaint for free which is only $25 for gel polish. I lost out on the other money I spend. Then the girl thta did my nails gave me so much anxiety with picking up her phone constantly, keep wiping down stuff stating she has OCD. Looking all over the place. I still gave her a tip. Who wants to go to a nail salon and not feel relaxed. Horrible experience. Im a business owner and I make sure I take of my people no matter what. Customers are the reason you have a business. Poor satisfaction

5 /5 Ming Lee: I loved my experience at Monica nails. The staff was so welcoming. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing. Any question i asked was answered with a smile. My nails came out so beautiful. I didn’t know what design i wanted and the nail tech came up with the design for my nails. I love them 10/10. The pedicure was 10/10 also. They really take their time and you’ll get your monies worth. I’m so happy with my experience. Thank you!

5 /5 April Gillis: I visited today to get a fill-in. My original set was done by another salon, and they were inconsistent in thickness, with acrylic dripping underneath the nails. The nails were not an even length, and weren’t even shaped; the lady that did my fill-in today corrected all the issues from the other salon, and did an amazing job. I’m super satisfied with the services.

5 /5 LaMonica Wilson: Today was my first time coming here. Everyone was so nice. We were so comfortable. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. We will definitely be coming back. The water for our pedicure was too off whenever it started cooling while we waited our turn. We didnt even have to ask. We were asked often if we were okay. I loved it. Everything was clean. My sister especially loved that paper towels or tissue wasnt used between our toes like other places do. If I could id rate them higher than 5 stars
