1 /5 Nina Brown: Never again. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years different places.Never once had an infection until I went here. My fingers hurt so bad. My nail bed was glued to my cuticle. After disinfecting yellow pus came out of my nail. Blood the next day. Nail tech took my debit card and didn’t return it. NEVER AGAIN. This was in AUGUSTA,GA. I know where I live. You should have apologized instead of attempting to make me feel crazy. Horrible business. Can’t even take accountability for a dirty infectious shop. I’m from NY this never happened there. I could have died from that infection.

I walked in without an appointment and she accommodated myself as well as her other clients, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She did an excellent job, exactly what I asked for. 1 /5 Tera: I had an appt on 10/22/22 at 10:15 am with Lee for a Mani/Pedi. This was my first experience at Deluxe Nail Spa and will be my last. I had the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon, and it all started with my toes. I let her know that I get an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. She proceeded to take the scraper/pointed tool & dug into the side of my big toe. I asked her if there was an ingrown toenail at all & she proceeded to push on my toe & say "does it hurt does it hurt". I asked again if there was an ingrown toenail & she did the same thing. She then proceeded to do my right big toe & dug in very deeply, she again asked me if it hurt & I said yes cause you dug in too deep. She kept digging & digging. She was cutting my skin, not an ingrown nail. As a tech, I would think you would know the difference. As she was doing my fingernails she asked if I wanted them cut, I said yes, she asked how short, and I told her. When cutting my nails she didnt have good enough cuts on the sides so she just tore it off the rest of the way. She showed no even cutting on any of my nails. She just kept cutting. She started filing them not asking me a shape at all til after the dip applications were done. I have dip power all around my nails that was not cleaned up at all. It looks very sloppy. My right big toe now has an infection in it from her digging & stabbing it for no reason because that toe is not prone to having ingrown nails. I have attached photos of my nails right after they were done as well as my big toe which has the infection.

3 /5 Toni Bush: I chose Deluxe Nails off of previous views. Let me say, I was not disappointed. I only had a short wait because I was a walk in. I received a pedicure and full set ombre French manicure. Again, not disappointed. This will be my go to for a few hours of pampering. The people were nice and courteous and attentive. Update: Well, the second time around was definitely not as good as the first. I actually scheduled an appointment this time for my daughter and myself. We were both supposed to get a fill-in and a pedicure. Well, needless to say, my fill-in took about an hour and some change, so I did not get my pedicure. My nails were crooked and popped off after 1 week. I was so disappointed. This is my last time, be it that I stay over an hour away only to arrive and have to wait even though I had an appointment. The second time around was definitely not good.
