Anthony Gray The owner is cool and very helpful. He will work with you on pricing. And he very creative with his customer jewelry. Why they get a two star cause the woman that work there is rude. Customer service matters cause he will lose business cause her arrogance and rude attitude.

SJ Melissa is the BEST there is in the jewelry industry!! We had been ghosted by 3+ “jewelers” before expanding our search and finding Metal Sugar, to custom design our engagement ring. Melissa is an amazing communicator and spoke with us non-stop during the design process. She got a CAD rendering made for us very quickly! She is very attentive to detail and will make sure you’re satisfied before beginning the design process. We had a wonderful one on one appointment with Melissa where she showed us a few different sized diamonds and different metal types, asked us about our relationship, and really gave us a personalized and unforgettable appointment. We will recommend any one who needs a custom piece to use her services! You won’t be disappointed!

Tristan Lowe What a jewel of a shop, no pun intended! My family and I happened into this shop as we were walking back to the parking garage on Congress, I ended up buying one pendant and my mother bought a coin bracelet. I loved the experience with the store as well as the sentiment behind my pendant I ended up purchasing an additional pendant but was torn between two, after terrible FOMO I chatted with Lee and she ended up shipping me the other pendant, so now I have three! Lee was absolutely wonderful, and a pleasure to chat with. I will for sure come back on our next trip!

Tre This is my first bracelet (permanent) and Ive walked around the entire mall trying to find the perfect one thats a great price, size, and glistens and i’m not going to lie im glad I came here. The employee and manager made the process super easy and was very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for another.

Savannah Mock Stumbled upon this cutest charm bar ever! My best friend and I made matching necklaces & each got our names engraved! The staff was so inviting and upbeat! Definitely coming back and making a bracelet!
