Jaquanda Cummings So I just did return at your Lexington Rd location. I had my original receipt and was within the return timeframe. An older lady asked if this was an even exchange or a refund. I replied refund. Once that was said, her whole demeanor changed. She riffled through the bag looking at the merchandise. I told her none of them had been worn. She scrutinized each item, checked all the tags, even the bottom of the shoes. Another lady came up, she didn’t have the same attitude and went along with starting the refund process. Meanwhile, the older lady is huffing under her breath and making noises as if I’ve done something wrong with returning unwanted and unused items. The way she carried ob, made me feel as though the money was coming directly from her pockets. It didn’t not make me feel good as a paying customer. I’ve done returns at other stores and have never gotten that kind of negativity. I’ve been shopping at your stores for years and this has been the general consensus across the board. It makes me not want to go back in there anymore in fear that I may need to return something and get the same treatment. Customer service goes a long way as it will make or break someone experience.
