1 /5 H Roe: They don’t allow returns. Store credit or exchanges only. No idea if they have signage up. If there was it wasn’t predominant enough. All three of us didn’t see any signage on returns. I was looking at the lovely assortment of merchandise which is what they want you to do. I bought three items and needed to return one. They REALLY should cover this verbally with patrons at the register PRIOR to charging their credit card. I have been to the store before, but friends usually did the purchasing. I brought my friends there because I told them how wonderful the merchandise was and they are shoppers. We went TWICE on our week long trip and spent at least 30 minutes each visit in the store. I will never bring friends there again. Thankfully I live within driving distance of this store, but it really upsets me how terrible they are to their patrons. Holding your customers money hostage is an awful business model!
