The service was just as impressive; the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He used my existing ring to make this work of art! Do not hesitate, trust these professionals they know Jewelry ! Also the packaging was so tasteful, and the box I love. I had this shipped from savannah to nc. I trust Spencer completely and will be going here again!

1 /5 Aleksandr Maldonado: I had an absolutely awful experience at Savannah Jewelers. Not only was the customer service subpar, but I was shocked to hear the staff making snide comments about customers while pretending to help. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to mock the very people who are trying to give you their business. To add on, when I myself was trying to purchase some of their products, the staff, more specifically the owner Spencer, was among them laughing (in front of my face no less). Its incredibly unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Do that behind closed doors. I would strongly advise anyone considering Savannah Jewelers to look elsewhere. There are plenty of jewelers who actually value their customers and treat them with respect.

5 /5 Leeza Peters: YALL! Spencer and his staff at SVG are the best! My parents and I came down for my senior spring break at Tennessee, and we walked away with a new family heirloom! The professionalism, collection, and their love for gems and jewelry set them apart! Truly cant say enough good things about SVG, and I am so happy to have found them!!!!!!
