3 /5 Jessica Brantley: The first time I visited was amazing. The lady at the counter was super helpful and kind. The second time… I drove 2 hours just to revisit because the previous experience was so good… second time was awful. Super rude lady acted like I was bothering her. She was pretty much a jerk. I’ll just order online next time.

5 /5 Donnie Bowman: Very nice, helpful staff wife and two daughters extremely enjoyed. It also has seating for dad‘s and husband’s to wait. Nice showroom roomie, and prices of all ranges.

5 /5 Rob Poulsen: Ive gotten so many great gifts for friends and family from the Savannah store of Kendra Scott! The staff couldnt be more helpful, the Color Bar was a fun way to individualize my gifts, and make sure my gifts were unique every time. Hannah knew about everything, and Brennan made sure that what I picked out worked with previous orders by friends and family. I cannot recommend this store more highly than saying that the customer service is 100%, the prices are legit, and the jewelry is gorgeous and customizable. Thanks to Hannah and Brennan for a WONDERFUL experience, and Ill be back for more when the new lines are available!

5 /5 Amy Mese: I went into this store this weekend. I was looking for something in particular and the KS store in Jacksonville told me they were out of stock and would not be making this item anymore. I went into my local store and Kaitlynn told me she thought they were also out of stock, but she would double check the back for me. She found the rose gold Rayne I was looking for, along with the Danielle earrings at the color bar. She even went on a hunt around the store looking for the stone I was looking for. She was so attentive, nice and helpful. If it was not for her, I would not have got exactly what I was looking for— which was the limited addition pink abalone stones. I just wanted them to know how lovely she is. I wish all KS employees were as helpful as her!
