Ms. Dawn made sure that my ring was properly engraved by the manufacturer and Ms. Diana made sure that she called me as soon as my ring came in, knowing that I stay an hour away from the store.

The hats, accessories, and little gift items are all beautifully displayed and make it hard to leave empty-handed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth a stop if you’re walking along River Street.

Lauren Rodriguez My 2-year-old and I went in looking for a gift for his dad from him for his dad’s birthday. The owner and the woman there were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with my son and even played with him. We want something that would complement his bracelet stack that started with his gold Cuban link that had a diamond added for our son’s birth month. Ultimately, my son picked the beaded bracelet that ties the gold bracelet and the David Yurman my son “got him” for Christmas. Best service and quality. The second time… I drove 2 hours just to revisit because the previous experience was so good… second time was awful. Super rude lady acted like I was bothering her. She was pretty much a jerk. Ciera Wilson Lindsey was so helpful when it came to picking out jewelry and allowed plenty of time to make sure it was the look/fix that we wanted. She was so kind and gave us honest feedback when it came to fit and comfort. Me and my friend also had an issue where we left her phone in the facility after we left and after they closed. I talked directly to the owner and they worked with us quickly. A worker came back and was able to help get my friend’s phone. Truly great service and would recommend to anyone thinking about permanent jewelry.
