    Lee Worley: Horrible store. Price was listed above $5 but charged my 13 year old $17. Wouldn’t give her a receipt without a email. I explained it and was told “sorry I can’t do anything and no refunds on earrings” even though it JUST happened. I am local and shop the mall often but We will never be back.

The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

    Tristan Lowe: What a jewel of a shop, no pun intended! My family and I happened into this shop as we were walking back to the parking garage on Congress, I ended up buying one pendant and my mother bought a coin bracelet. I loved the experience with the store as well as the sentiment behind my pendant I ended up purchasing an additional pendant but was torn between two, after terrible FOMO I chatted with Lee and she ended up shipping me the other pendant, so now I have three! Lee was absolutely wonderful, and a pleasure to chat with. I will for sure come back on our next trip!

    Judy Horton: Passed by it walking and their windows displays brought us in. Absolutely pleasant and helpful staff and we visited on two separate occasions, buying a Turkish-inspired desk lamp on the second. She wrapped it up nicely for a safe drive home. So many items to look at from various polished rocks to art to lights of all sorts. All unique and make great gifts. We will definitely stop in again.
