1 /5 Cinzia Morelli: So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.
