1 /5 Maurice Moore: Customer service is nonexistent at this location. Young girl working there stayed on FaceTime with one her friends I guess. Was in the store 5 minutes never was acknowledged. Not to mention I was the only customer inside. Take my money elsewhere.

1 /5 Shanell Wright: I did an online order for 6 pairs of shoes for my kids for back to school. When I initially ordered on July 20th it said they would be delivered by July 28th. Ever since then the delivery date has been pushed back 5 times and it still says my order is processing. It currently says the shoes will be delivered on August 13. I’ve tried to cancel this order many times as at this point I can just go to a store and buy the shoes I want. But there is no customer service to speak of. No phone number that you can contact anyone on. They have a customer service email that is either automated or there are completely incompetent people responding. The emails I get back tell me my order is shipped so I can’t cancel it. One told me the order was already delivered. Both are untrue as when I put in the order number on the website it still says processing, just like it has since the first day I ordered! I even attached screenshots of the order still showing processing. This store was so much better when they were Jimmy Jazz. If I ever get this situation handled I will never shop with them again.

1 /5 Lashay Mikell: Extremely poor customer service! When i walked in neither of the two workers spoke. They both were on their phones talking loudly never said a word to me. When asked if she could see if they had a size shoe in the back she said no don’t think so, I “think” that’s the only size. Didn’t go check. And carried on her conversation.

4 /5 RiotBlade 21: Great store, lots of variety in close and shoes. We came for shoes and they didnt have any sizes we needed. We needed a mens 12 and out of 10 different sheos nothing they had came in a 12 and we needed a womens 8 and out of 7 different shoes we picked they didnt have our size. So we ended up leaving empty handed. But staff was friends and helpful.

1 /5 Rachel Jones: There is something very wrong with this establishment. I found two pairs of shoes that I wanted to purchase and when I went to checkout and pay with my card it declined immediately. The cashier told me to swipe again and so I did. It declined once more. The employee told me that I could go get cash out of the ATM. I did not agree to that and went outside to check my account. I had been charged three times!!! I went back into the store and showed them the transactions and was told that Im just going to have to call my bank. I dont recommend this place at all!
