The lady that did my XRays was very patient with me and that means a lot since I know its not easy when youre a gagger and the lady Tiffany that did my cleaning was very gentle, friendly and listened to my concerns. Then when the doctor came in to discuss with me about any concerns I may have with my teeth he was friendly and answered all questions that I had. So due to my experience with this office and the staff Ill definitely give them 5 star review. They will definitely be my go to for all my dental needs.

My wonderful dental hygienist, Tiffany, and dentist, Dr. Owens are very gentle and never hurt me. The only thing that I got a little frustrated about was waiting in the waiting area for 45 minutes before being seen by the dentist and nobody took the time to communicate with me why I was waiting for so long. They called me on Thursday and told me I never should have been given that appointment since it was all ready booked and said they could reschedule me for Monday. So they expect me to wait 5 days because they made a mistake. Naw, think ill find a better dentist.

Don’t let star rating fool you we went to a almost 5 star dentist(adventure pediatric dentistry)that doesn’t compare to this place! Everyone has such a great attitude and everyone is so friendly also unlike adventure! Will say the “reviews” of not letting parents go back are also false. You just HAVE to inform them before scheduling the appointment that you wanna go back so they can put you in private room! I know this because all I did was ask before I ever scheduled an appointment and they made it happen. Most 1 stars are coming from that when really it’s not their fault you didn’t ask questions or clarify your expectations!

Julian Garcia After my kids got done with their cleaning on December 4th, 2:45, they told me that their dentist were getting political and talking very bad about one the candidates very audibly and although they did not seem to mind, I feel like they should not be talking about that near the kids. I feel like they were unprofessional about this and need to keep politics out of work, or at least not talk about it while there are very impressionable kids near them.

I just found out that she is no longer with them, and today I saw Dr. Phillips. I was more than pleased with Dr. Phillips and his work. I went in today for a tooth extraction, and Im very pleased with his work. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable, especiallygiven the situation. Ill definitely be seeing him again for any of my dentistry needs and would highly recommend him.

Kody Miles I went to Beautiful Smiles with a very complicated and time sensitive situation and they did their best to accommodate to help make sure I was taken care of. Both their Dalton and Calhoun locations are wonderful. Miss Ashly was very persistent and professional in assisting me to make sure I got what I needed. Her creative thinking was able to solve a big problem and ensured I would still receive the care I needed. When I get back to town I will definitely be using Beautiful Smiles as my regular dentist.

Carmen Beale The doctors and and most the staff are just fine. It the staff that deal with insurance. I call and get absolutely no help. So I have to go in person and then they are too busy too see me most the time. I always ask for a pre-approval before I get any work done and this office has you pay in full before work is done. They say they will call me and don’t. They are not following up on pre-approvals if they are even asking. Other than that department all is good .

I don’t understand how you can set up an appointment all the way from September then call you and confirm you all the way through coming down to the main day they wanna turn around. Text me not call. Text me like a little kid Talking about. Whoops we have to cancel your appointment due to whatever reason mind you keep in mind. This is the same reason why I freaking asked before I set up the appointment. Are you sure because some people have to use pto For these things and when you have someone sitting in my face saying yeah yeah yeah yeah I’m sure I’m sure I guarantee fast-forward coming into March. You have the audacity to make me confirm my appointment and then turn around. To your convenience because management is running off their workers now I as the customer have to pay for the ricochet of this effect………. And then you’re gonna have the audacity to text me. Tell me that I missed my 4 o’clock appointment and then turn around and blow my phone While I’m at work, knowing that I just told y’all a day before that I have a no phone policy!!!!! And then when I turn around to call them back, they want to have the audacity to try to shoot me a text message and when I call down there and speak to A manager I get told she’s not Available OK when are they ever available because I have never seen one yet and I have been requesting for one?!!!?? this is why that establishment is falling apart the way how it is!!management does not know how to manage and needs an investigation on this building. If management cannot handle the pressure management needs to be replaced and upgraded so these incidents don’t happen…. Management has really let their team sink and you can tell because they are half ass trained

Kaila Slade If I could give no stars I would. 1st of all they dont allow parents back with their kids.They said it was a hippa violation. It definitely is not unless you can see another persons chart with personal information. All 3 of my kids said their regular cleaning was super painful and the lady doing it was very rough. They said she wouldnt ask them to turn, she would just yank their heads around. Not to mention its the next day and they are all still sore. My kids also said the staff that were in the back kept gossiping and talking about how sexy a doctor that worked somewhere else was. We will not be returning.

Jazmin Betterton My sons regular dentist in Calhoun recommended he get a crown for his chipped tooth and they wouldn’t do a temporary fix so he could at least attend school mind you he’s 17 so someone recommended me to go to Dalton Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. And that was the best decision ever! The front desk staff was able to accommodate us in, in such short notice. They were very friendly from the moment we stepped foot in the office. Everyone was welcoming and Dr.Kim was exceptional! He checked my son’s tooth and I informed him of what the other dentist had recommended and he stated he didn’t want to put a crown given his young age. From that moment on I knew my son was in good hands, he didn’t care about the money he cared about my son as his patient. Dr.Kim treats you with respect and acknowledged my concerns. He was able to fix him up the same day as his appointment. Seeing my son smile again meant the world to me. Thank you Dr.Kim, staff and everyone at Dalton Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. If anyone is told they need a crown or extensive work done I urge you to get a second opinion just as I did. It saved my sons teeth and my money. And I would recommend Dr.Kim in a heartbeat. Mary Sue Smith Dr Lee has been my dentist for awhile now. Recently began the process of putting in a permanent tooth. There was no pain during the drilling into the bone or afterward. Dr. Lee is always professional and makes sure I am okay. He does a great job and his staff are awesome as well.
