Sara Titus It started off great but Im going elsewhere. Last week I was seen for cavity fillings. Dr. Jeff had triple booked his schedule so I waited about 30 minutes after my appointment time for anesthesia and another 30-45 minutes to have him start the fillings. He drilled on the wrong side (that wasnt numbed). Neither he or his tech apologized... "Oh, Im on the wrong side." When he started drilling on the right side he had to add more anesthesia... Probably from waiting so long. Overall no one was very apologetic about my experience. He apologized once, at the beginning, blaming the delay on "computer issues" even though I watched him jump from one chair to another.
A week later and it hurts to brush my teeth, eat, talk, or drink. I called and explained this and I was told they couldnt get me for another almost two weeks.
My daughter and I will be going to another dentist soon.

Staci Corbin Thank you so much to dr Jeff Newbern and his amazing nurses. I now have a beautiful new smile all due to their hard work. Never once did I feel shamed for the condition of my teeth. They made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Newbern, himself, has the calmest bed side manner. They all made me feel safe and cared for, during the whole process. Again thank you so much for my smile!!!
