5 /5 Kyle Davis: Ive been using Beautiful Smiles for a few years now. Previously, Ive always seen Dr. Patel, and she did a great job every time. I just found out that she is no longer with them, and today I saw Dr. Phillips. I was more than pleased with Dr. Phillips and his work. I went in today for a tooth extraction, and Im very pleased with his work. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable, especiallygiven the situation. Ill definitely be seeing him again for any of my dentistry needs and would highly recommend him.

5 /5 Kody Miles: I went to Beautiful Smiles with a very complicated and time sensitive situation and they did their best to accommodate to help make sure I was taken care of. Both their Dalton and Calhoun locations are wonderful. Miss Ashly was very persistent and professional in assisting me to make sure I got what I needed. Her creative thinking was able to solve a big problem and ensured I would still receive the care I needed. When I get back to town I will definitely be using Beautiful Smiles as my regular dentist.

2 /5 Carmen Beale: The doctors and and most the staff are just fine. It the staff that deal with insurance. I call and get absolutely no help. So I have to go in person and then they are too busy too see me most the time. I always ask for a pre-approval before I get any work done and this office has you pay in full before work is done. They say they will call me and don’t. They are not following up on pre-approvals if they are even asking. Other than that department all is good .

1 /5 austin hill: PATIENTS BEWARE! I came here to have some dental work done. After the exam they told me what would be necessary to get my teeth in good shape. I was told by a lady that was going over the paperwork with me that the insurance would cover everything except for the root canal and crown. I decided to get everything scheduled that she said the insurance would cover. and the first thing that I had performed was a deep cleaning. It lasted about 8 to 10 minutes. It was super rushed. I believe I was the last person she was seeing that day. Anyways they finish up and sent me on my way. It comes time for the next appointment and they tell me I owe them over $200 for the past appointment. I told them that the only reason I agreed to have the cleaning done is because they told me it would be covered by my insurance. The lady up front just kept repeating that the insurance didnt cover all of it. After realizing wasnt getting anywhere I paid my balance and canceled any further appointments.They knew that insurance wouldnt cover all of it and just told me it would to get me in there. SHADY BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. Super unprofessional. I will say that the actual dentist was very nice. He was extremely thorough and took his time to explain his findings.

4 /5 Christy Jackson: They have no after hour on call for complications like meds need to be changed. Recommend to not have dental work on Sat. My meds are not working and I cant talk to anyone til Monday. By then I have been in pain. Staff is great but feels we should be able to leave a message and not wait days in pain.

Rocio Hernandez: Let me start off by saying they have been so freaking unprofessional. I thought Aspen dental was unprofessional. No, I think they beat them in this competition. I don’t understand how you can set up an appointment all the way from September then call you and confirm you all the way through coming down to the main day they wanna turn around. Text me not call. Text me like a little kid Talking about. Whoops we have to cancel your appointment due to whatever reason mind you keep in mind. This is the same reason why I freaking asked before I set up the appointment. Are you sure because some people have to use pto For these things and when you have someone sitting in my face saying yeah yeah yeah yeah I’m sure I’m sure I guarantee fast-forward coming into March. You have the audacity to make me confirm my appointment and then turn around. To your convenience because management is running off their workers now I as the customer have to pay for the ricochet of this effect………. And then you’re gonna have the audacity to text me. Tell me that I missed my 4 o’clock appointment and then turn around and blow my phone While I’m at work, knowing that I just told y’all a day before that I have a no phone policy!!!!! And then when I turn around to call them back, they want to have the audacity to try to shoot me a text message and when I call down there and speak to A manager I get told she’s not Available OK when are they ever available because I have never seen one yet and I have been requesting for one?!!!?? this is why that establishment is falling apart the way how it is!!management does not know how to manage and needs an investigation on this building. If management cannot handle the pressure management needs to be replaced and upgraded so these incidents don’t happen…. Management has really let their team sink and you can tell because they are half ass trained

Liz Henderson: I have seen Dr Kim two times now. I fell asleep without my mouth guard twice and I woke up heartbroken to see that I have chipped my front tooth on two different occasions. The first time this happened to me -he fit me in to his busy schedule that same day I chipped my tooth. I was able to walk out and face the world without embarrassment. It happened again last night and he was able to take me this morning and I was able to go to work and face the day. I get very upset when this happens to me but he has a very calming professional demeanor that I feel comfortable and taken care of. He fixed my smile in a time of need and did it the same day that I called. That is very hard to find! He recommended other permanent solutions and I will be back to get veneers from him. Great doctor, highly recommend!!

Lenard ZeWasp: My wisdom teeth were hurting so I made an appointment. It was about 180$ for a consult and an X-ray. I am fortunate that all three of my wisdom teeth are grown and completely straight so they could pull them like a normal tooth. They offered to pull the tooth that was hurting me same day, but I had a meeting later. They got me scheduled for three weeks later. Tooth was out in 3 seconds and only cost me 160$. One day later and I’m in zero pain.
