Sandra Grady Love this office! The receptionist goes way beyond her job description, she is so kind to EVERYONE she meets and Dr. Grant is precious. I hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time, they were gentle and put me at ease.

Jennifer Mayfield Have been going to Dr. Grant for years. Had a broken tooth and with his new schedule he wasnt available. The sweet receptionist got me in with Dr. Owens. I was pleased with how well he explains things. Very patient and thoughtful.

Liz Henderson I have seen Dr Kim two times now. I fell asleep without my mouth guard twice and I woke up heartbroken to see that I have chipped my front tooth on two different occasions. The first time this happened to me -he fit me in to his busy schedule that same day I chipped my tooth. I was able to walk out and face the world without embarrassment. It happened again last night and he was able to take me this morning and I was able to go to work and face the day. I get very upset when this happens to me but he has a very calming professional demeanor that I feel comfortable and taken care of. He fixed my smile in a time of need and did it the same day that I called. That is very hard to find! He recommended other permanent solutions and I will be back to get veneers from him. Great doctor, highly recommend!!

Edith Preza I have a huge fear of dentists and was so anxious when I came in. But as soon as I walked in the staff were so incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with me. The doctor explained clearly what he was gonna do (I came in for a molar removal) and had such a gentle hand and was so kind. I felt no pain, they did such a great job. I can recommend this dentists office enough. Thank you to everyone for a great experience!

Brittany Rydwelski So got a call confirming an apt (never been here) but when they called said were confirming an apt what is the patients last name that goes here? Uhm arent you supposed to have the name of said paitent youre confirming the apt for?? Or did thay change?

Kare Newton Initially my visits were great, and I had no issue. My sister came to live with me and they were great to her as well. I always paid my portion of the bill up front when they bill came in and I had two dental insurances for my sister. Something happened when we were getting ready to move where they said I owed some money when I know I didnt. They were holding the denture till I paid that money, and I disagreed I owed it as it was my practice to pay money up front. So begrudgingly they gave us the denture. We leave for 1yr to Memphis, come back and ask them to make adjustments to the denture they made, and because we didnt go to them (after that experience) to remove all her upper teeth would not make adjustments to the denture they made, and other dental agencies will not adjust another dentists denture. They put her in a very difficult position and made me think twice about using them again. Be careful, if you make the staff mad in any way, even if you were in the right, youll not be welcomed back.

Steven Sutton Been going here for years. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue. I moved to CO so I had to switch, but I would deffo recommend them to Dalton folks.

Jordan Hooks Dr owens is a good dentist, though I still have issues with a crown that was put on but that was more the staff than him, who this review is about. Dont go here if your not okay with it being a 50/50 shot if you get one of the DECENT staff. In particular there is old woman that sounds very sweet that works the front that is quite possibly the most inapt person I have ever met. I spent many years having to deal with her ignorance only to have to call the next day or even the same day and get a different staff member to get what I needed, scheduled months out for a crown, unable to get my insurance in, etc. The most recent problem I have had with this staff member is I have a Crack tooth, or a absess and had to go back to this circus only to be told I couldnt go back because my throat hurt and that tooth problem wouldnt cause my throat to hurt. Are you kidding me 100 percent my infected tooth that I believe has cracked could cause my throat to hurt. So now I will suffer through until I can find a different dentist because a job with implied risk(you work in peoples mouths mask doesnt help that) is somehow still afraid of a virus that is never going away. I guess its a good thing covid didnt cause tooth pain or this place would have had to close its doors. Anyway, uf you just needing a cleaning once a year and live in dalton then sure give the place a shot, other than that dont waste your time.

Roschelle LaTanya Bautista My young adult son visited this doctor for something related to an abscess. There was an odor, a large black area in his tooth and it was hurting him. The doctor allowed him to put a deposit on the treatment and took good care of him. Everyone was very professional and not irritable or with an attitude. This was pre pandemic.
