1 /5 Lina: Employees were not attentive to customers at all . When asked if I could get assistance to get a set that was too high up they ignored me. Maybe they couldn’t hear me ,but as I was going to cash out I asked the manager about a price of a jacket which on the rack showed an additional 25% off she stated that is not correct . Well that’s what your signs says . She got rude and I left without purchasing any items and won’t be back . I’d rather go spend my money where I’m welcomed and respected !

4 /5 Shayla Ford: I really enjoy shopping at this Rainbow. The prices have went up a little more than what I am used to. There is no dressing room as they are using it for storage so if you need to try something on you will have to go home and make sure you can return the item before leaving the store. Overall all the staff is happy to help and they never have any bad attitudes. Thanks ladies.

1 /5 Brittany Clark: Store closes early and get this the lady at the register told my boyfriend she wouldn’t pay for any of my stuff… Duh you work there the only thing you should be doing is having customer service skills and being able to count the money that’s in and out the register.. weird experience for him it was his idea to bring me there so her speaking on it was unprofessional

1 /5 Angelique “Babygirl” Caswell: I normally love coming to this location granted its about to close an Its the day before Easter an the lady see us, walking up an locks the door it suppose to close at 8 an she lock the door at 735 an walked away sends another lady to tell us no one is allowed in says the manager an it was a group of ladies walking up..... This was rude an unprofessional an Im in disbelief.
