1 /5 Lori Fountain: The store manager Charlene is a thief. I worked there and she was always hiding clothing in her size and the jewelry, shoes and purses when they went on sale. She was rude to customers and unethical. She tried, multiple times, to make me work overtime while I wasn’t on the clock. After we had a woman from corporate come visit while I was the MOD and let them know all the issues that riddled this store, by Charlene and our DM Gisela, she started accusing me of stealing without proof or reason. The only camera pointed at our store was the shoe store next door. We had no cameras. Thankfully I got to know the LP of the shoe store next to us pretty well and asked if he could pull up video from the outside cameras pointed at the store and sure enough..Charlene was coming in way too early and while walking out to take the deposit to the bank and had multiple bags of items that weren’t paid for. Thank GOD I quit when I did.
Charlene needs to be fired.
